She was very understanding, caring and knowledgeable got me in the following morning! Dr. Singh has the best bedside manner. She is very understanding! She got to work right away to get me out of pain! They understand that some people are not financially able to pay thousands in dental repairs. Dr. Singh and Lauren worked with me on the pricing, made it affordable to get my repairs done. I will never see another dentist for anything else! The first dental office I visited did not work out because they were not trustworthy. Luckily, I decided to go to Dental Remedies due to a flyer I received in the mail. Fortunately, I ended up loving the dental office because everyone was so nice, smart and informative!!! Lauren, the receptionist was very sweet and patient. Janki, the hygienist was gentle and caring. The dentist Dr. Singh was super knowledgeable. She explained thoroughly of the condition of my teeth and the procedure that has to be done. If you are looking for a new dentist, you need to visit Dental Remedies!!!

William Cone: I had the worst experience when visiting this dentist office! I was in pain from a couple of teeth and I asked the dentist to just pull both. He responded in such a nasty way saying" I am the dentist I do not let my patience tell me what to do". This guy was quite seniorly so I would expect he would have more experience on how to explain his reasoning for the better health of my teeth and mouth. This happened sometime ago but I just have to get this off my chest. Its still affect me to this day. It was painless Dr Douglas took her time to anesthetize and explain what she was doing during the procedure. Had a lot of dental work done and this was by far the best experience. One of my children recently needed a series of extractions as part of her orthodontic treatment plan, and Dr. Maria handled these procedures with such care and professionalism. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment with them for over two weeks now for a retainer check. I understand schedules get busy but it is seriously ridiculous that I have to go up to the office myself to have to schedule an appointment because they can’t answer phones. What’s the point of having phones if you don’t answer them or hang up on a patient when they are trying to schedule an appointment? They need to figure this out ASAP!
