2 /5 Heather G: After many years of going here for my mammogram and ultrasound, I’m done. While not everyone who works there is bad, the good doesn’t outweigh the bad anymore. When I called for my appt, the girl who answered had MAJOR attitude like she didn’t want to be there and was extremely annoyed that I wanted to make an appt. Said I need to get them my script before they can do anything. Fine, not a problem. But kindly tell me in a professional manner. Last year I had to fax it which was an adventure in itself finding a fax machine. I guess holy cross finally left the 90’s and now have an email but you need ASK if they have the email. It’s not offered to you. Between that, the extreme long wait times, not giving results right away like most other places, unfriendly technicians, I’m done. Getting a mammogram is torture enough. I don’t need any more.
