2 /5 Heather G: After many years of going here for my mammogram and ultrasound, I’m done. While not everyone who works there is bad, the good doesn’t outweigh the bad anymore. When I called for my appt, the girl who answered had MAJOR attitude like she didn’t want to be there and was extremely annoyed that I wanted to make an appt. Said I need to get them my script before they can do anything. Fine, not a problem. But kindly tell me in a professional manner. Last year I had to fax it which was an adventure in itself finding a fax machine. I guess holy cross finally left the 90’s and now have an email but you need ASK if they have the email. It’s not offered to you. Between that, the extreme long wait times, not giving results right away like most other places, unfriendly technicians, I’m done. Getting a mammogram is torture enough. I don’t need any more.

1 /5 Sandy Warren: I made an appointment for a test on Sept 9th. When I arrived they said it had been cancelled. No phone call, email or text to tell me. I rescheduled and the next opening was today Nov 26th. I got a phone call, email and text all to confirm. I arrived on time, signed in and was told to take a seat. 1 hour later I went to ask if it was going to be much longer. The receptionist said she couldnt see me because she had just started with another patient. 2 wasted afternoons and time off work. Will find somewhere else to go with hopefully better service and communication.

1 /5 Tasha Burgess: The doctors are very professional. Also, the nurses is professional as well it’s the phone representativesThat’s very unprofessional. Don’t like answering phones. Don’t like taking calls. Don’t like taking messages. I don’t even think they like showing up for work let alone answer the phone.and if you ask me the have your number on caller Id

1 /5 B&M Xclusives: This is the worst womens center ever, if your deciding if to go here please choose somewhere else, the communication is horrible, this was my first gynecologist appointment, and I got testing done, my test results came days ago, lve called and called to try to reach my physician, lve never gotten in contact with her and theyve never reached out back to me. Ive been in pain for a week now, nobody has talked to me about my results. Now it’s the weekend where the office is not open, and even the on call physician can’t even get in contact with my physician to get my results. Once again worst experience ever, I’ve known better and chosen a different women’s center. I’ve never seen an office with such little care for their patients.

1 /5 Deborah Wolfe: The worst place and experience at Dorothy Mangurian Comprehensive women’s health center. They cancel the appointments without informing the patient. I was waiting for 4 months (since July) for my appointment and when I showed on time they told me that it was canceled by them. Then they lied and said that they left a message that I never received. It was a waste of time driving there to be told that they canceled my appointment and not caring at all. Last year they forgot to include my ultrasound. Disrespectful, incompetents and they do not care about the patients only about the money. Thank God I can afford any other place definitely better that this one.
