She is absolutely what I wanted in a Primary Care Doctor. She is extremely knowledgeable, approachable, and a very caring and dedicated physician. One of the many great qualities, among many, that she has, and I wish more physicians possessed, is that she "listens" to the patient. If she does not readily have the answer to your problem she will search to find answers for you. She is an extremely hard working and dedicated physician. I have never had a problem with scheduling an appointment or with her office staff getting back to me with any questions I may have. Francesca, who has been with her as long as I have been a patient, is absolutely fantastic as well. Bottom line is Dr. Pauleena Singh is an amazing doctor! 1 /5 Halil: Is it a national holiday today? Its 10:30am on a regular Monday and the office is closed. Nobody is there to take the calls and so hard to reach out to my doctor. Im frustrated.

I will have to take an uber back, I took today off from work, all this money and time wasted because their mismanagement.

5 /5 Nicole Coleman: Dr. Singh goes above and beyond for all her patients. She takes her time with each patient for a better understanding of their health concerns so she can be of better assistance. Wouldn’t you want that to be you? With that being said…if you do not have patience do not schedule your appointment same as other appointments you may have. New patients she likes to spend time with. I’ve never seen an office where you do not have to wait ever in my life. She accommodates her patients everyday, and cares for them truly. She’s one Dr. with thousands of patients. Answers the phone with very short replies and just snappy for no good reason. Pacifica Care of Suncoast - Punta Gorda Kathleen Beyer-Paulsen: Love this place. Anne Goldstein-Rafuls got me through some tough times recently and provided excellent guidance. She is very caring. Julia in the front office is outstanding; caring, efficient, and a great problem -solver. All staff are good.

Dr. Angela Keon - Punta Gorda Sabrina Salt: Horrible Drs office!! I am 14 weeks pregnant, already an established patient and they refuse to give me a referral to an OBGYN! They claim the reason was for a "no show" appointment that I never knew about and never got notified of. They claim that appointment was in July and was to go over some lab work I did. Well I never did any lab work until August so how does that make sense? I am currently having medical issues that can put my pregnancy at risk and need to see an OB and they refuse to give me a referral. MEDICAL MALPRACTICE! They have messed up prior to this as well... When I went to quest to get labs done they said I would have to pay out of pocket if I wanted to get them done since the Dr did not give them any codes. I called and waited over 1.5 hours for codes before leaving quest. This delayed lab work since I had to go back a different day. I took time off of work for this. Prior to this they gave me a referral to a different OB office and did not send them the referral in time and I would have had to pay out of pocket $500+ for the first ultrasound. I specifically asked them on my Monday appointment at Dr Keons office if my referral will be ready by Thursday since that was when my scheduled OB visit was and they said yes. I drove an hour away from home to that appointment and was told they didnt get the referral yet. Thankfully my appointment was a little delayed and they were able to get them the referral before I was seen so it worked out but I would have had to pay out of pocket if not. Very stressful. The worst part is that the 1 visit I had at this practice, I absolutely loved Dr Keon and her nurse. They did not rush me, answered all my questions and everything went fine. The problem and all the mistakes are coming from the receptionist. Horrible customer service, they never answer the phone, have to call multiple times and days to get ahold of them. She even hung up on me when I shared my concern for my pregnancy because of them not giving me a referral. Told me I had to see the Dr and first appointment was in January.... Im pregnant and having medical issues... I cannot wait 3 months for a referral. The doctor just saw me 3-4 months ago she is legally allowed to write me a referral. Receptionist also refused to let me speak to the Dr.

Nicholas J. Connors, MD - Punta Gorda Edith Congleton: I’m very happy that I’m scheduled for surgery next week to replace my knee. I’ve checked around and Dr Conner is the best one for the job. I believe that Dr Conner and his staff are very experienced with the Mako robotic -assisted total knee replacement and trust them completely. I also heard from some of his other patients that the recovery time is quicker then other conventional joint replacement thank goodness because I need to get back to the dance floor merry Christmas and happy new year

Theodore Yaremo, M.D., P.A. - Punta Gorda Tom Burkett: I really do like Dr Yaramo. He seemed to be very caring. His office staff is a total nightmare. They never answer the phones. they do not follow up. If you go in and leave a message they still dont follow up and call you back. They always act as though theyre angry against the patients coming in the door. The last appointment I had I paid in advance and waited, waited, waited and I had to go back to work. So I paid for nothing they are very very rude to talk with. I dont understand why Dr Yaremo doesnt pay attention to these reviews.
