5 /5 Christy Holt: Im so thankful thats where I went when I was sick. They took extraordinary care of me. I was so impressed with the cleanses of my room. I could not ask for a better care from the nursing Staff on the fourth floor. The food delivery people were super professional very nice. The nurses aid that took your blood pressure and status. Every three hours were very nice. I could not have been in a better place. I have the best surgeon in the whole area. Dr. Fletcher is amazing. I cannot say enough about Santa Rosa Medical Center, thank God for them! I was there 9 days. So I had time to see a lot experience a lot.

3 /5 Sierra Skidgel: 90% of the staff had good bedside manners. The other 10% made it awful. When I woke up from my ERCP surgery, which puts a robot down my throat, the person told me I was being dramatic. I was choking and coughing and hearing that as the first thing not being able to speak was hurtful. They kept me waiting and on a no eating order for the first night I was there and it was pointless. I understand it takes time to get results back on tests, but I was yellow. I breastfeed and they put me on a medication that i couldnt when they had another option. I Got there on a Monday left on a Thursday.

5 /5 WildBill521: I had x-rays done through outpatient. My check-in was fast, efficient and the staff was very friendly. My wait time was very short in the x-ray department and all the staff were very accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend Santa Rosa Hospital for your health care

5 /5 Jillian Hudson: I just had my baby here via C-Section on Valentine’s Day. I cannot even put into words how impressed I was with my experience at this hospital. First off, all of my nurses were EXTREMELY experienced (20+ years, every single one of them) and were highly skilled. I felt like I was in such good hands and they were all incredible. Dr. Hinks and the anesthesia staff made my c-section a complete breeze and my recovery was 10x better than my delivery 8 years ago. A complete night and day difference. It was just so calm and I felt like I got a lot more individualized one-on-one care. 5 stars!

Central Florida Regional Hospital : Heart Institute - Sanford DarkValkyrie512: My mother was practically neglected while she was staying her. I found her wet in her bed and she said she had been like that for an hour. The nurse was rude to me and trying to pick a fight while we were in the ICU with my mother. Not to mention they kept pressuring her to do procedures she felt were unnecessary. Avoid at all costs. You and your families deserve better care.

Physician Care Centers - Sanford - Sanford Yohan Ahn: Rochelle who took the phone call did a great job and very friendly, she checked us in as well. Very hospitable. Camille Hazelwood was phenomenal, easy going, she has a non anxious presence. Puts you at ease. She is also thorough and asks questions. I could tell she was thinking while we were talking. She works with you. She wants to empower you and helps you to trust your own body. Listen to it. So thankful i found her!!

Orlando Health Emergency Room - Lake Mary - Lake Mary Acacia Melody: I had to wait quite a few hours to be admitted in, HOWEVER, the care here was exceptional. They were so thorough, compassionate, and listened to my needs and questions. I genuinely felt like I was a person, not just a number. Steve was the one assigned to my room, and I couldn’t say enough good about him. Pictured is a dog they brought into the waiting room. Was so sweet!

True Health - Airport - Sanford Ik: Don’t rely on them to treat your parents. They don’t care about Their patients they will treat you like a garbage. They only are there to make money. For two hours, they made us wait online they literally speak like they own us. They don’t care about somebody else waiting for two hours without the doctor coming I would have never gone to them only if the insurance was only giving us option to go there but now I guess I would change the insurance Many many other issues with this facility and the same in Lake Mary beware of them even their management sucks

Erik Schoenberg, MD - Sanford Maria Rodriguez: The staff is efficient and helpful. I took my husband with a supposedly broken nose. Dr. Schoenberg was very thorough his examination and knowledge. Given my husband peace of mind with the results.

HCA Florida Lake Monroe Internal Medicine - Sanford James C.: I think everyone in this office actually cares about their patients. Mrs. Yvette at the front desk was really helpful and was nice to me even though Im not an easy person to deal with. The nurse that did my intake and bloodwork was really nice and showed patience with me. Dr. Ramirez and Dr. Shultz both listened to me and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall positive energy in this office. This was my first visit and I left the office feeling like it was a good choice to start the new year and trust these people to look out for my health moving into 2025. Its refreshing to see a group of people that really seem to be working as a team and with a purpose!

True Health - Harvest Time International - Sanford phil vogel: The people at this location are kind and gentle and made me feel very comfortable, more comfortable than I have ever felt visiting a dentist or doctor. They will also work with you if you have no insurance or are low income. I was so relieved today after my tooth extraction I almost cried.
