4 /5 Lucia Crapps: The Nursing and Care Staff were amazing! There was not one person who did not give me their utmost care and attention. Everyone, Respirator, and Physical Therapist’s Lab technicians, were all professional and excellent in preforming their work, and were pleasant even at 3:00 in the morning. The house keeping staff were friendly, efficient and did a great job keeping my room clean and tidy. The meals were delivered promptly at meal times, and were very delicious!! The doctor was very professional and informative about my treatment plans. I only wish the “discharge procedure” could be more efficient. No one wants to be in hospital but my experience staying at Lake Monroe Hospital was not a bad thing. I met some awesome, caring people. The hospital is lucky to have all these people working there.

5 /5 Lucinda Smith: I broke my arm while on vacation, and I was seen quickly. I was impressed with the speed of getting through check-in, then triage and then making it to a bed in the ER. I also liked that the xray machine was brought right to my bedside. This isnt something Ive seen in Massachusetts. The treatment I received was great, and I was discharged quickly, with everything taking under 90 minutes from start to finish. I also attempted to get my medical records and the x-rays that were taken so that when I returned to Massachusetts I could provide them to my orthopedic surgeon. There was a problem with them not being able to burn the disc, however they did produce it the next day, and because I had already flown home, they mailed it to me. 5 star service all the way around. Thank you for making this very stressful situation a lot easier for me.

5 /5 Craig & Jennifer London: Great experience. This hospital has come a long way. Went in for a mammogram. Check in and registration was seamless. Felicia at the front desk was warm and welcoming. Person at registration was efficient and friendly. Imaging tech and ultrasound tech explained what was happening and provided me with great care as well as modesty. Mammograms are not fun but the staff put me at ease. The radiologist, Dr. Lopez was respectful, kind and informative. Overall a great experience.

1 /5 Julie Kulaga: Never going back. I was admitted for a blood clot and while the thrombectomy surgeons were great, lack of communication between staff made this experience even more stressful. I couldve had the procedure done the very next day if they told me not to eat so they couldnt sedate after I received a meal. Also fainted and suffered a head injury in the bathroom on night one when nobody came to help after following their instructions and hitting the call button. It was extremely difficult getting discharged and a consult for an additional surgery needed for a rare condition. The doctor was very abrasive and tried pressuring me into letting them perform it even though I was not comfortable with their lack of experience and preferred a specialist in that field. Im still struggling trying to get that procedure scheduled on my own a week later.

True Health - Airport - Sanford Ik: Don’t rely on them to treat your parents. They don’t care about Their patients they will treat you like a garbage. They only are there to make money. For two hours, they made us wait online they literally speak like they own us. They don’t care about somebody else waiting for two hours without the doctor coming I would have never gone to them only if the insurance was only giving us option to go there but now I guess I would change the insurance Many many other issues with this facility and the same in Lake Mary beware of them even their management sucks

Erik Schoenberg, MD - Sanford Maria Rodriguez: The staff is efficient and helpful. I took my husband with a supposedly broken nose. Dr. Schoenberg was very thorough his examination and knowledge. Given my husband peace of mind with the results.

HCA Florida Lake Monroe Internal Medicine - Sanford James C.: I think everyone in this office actually cares about their patients. Mrs. Yvette at the front desk was really helpful and was nice to me even though Im not an easy person to deal with. The nurse that did my intake and bloodwork was really nice and showed patience with me. Dr. Ramirez and Dr. Shultz both listened to me and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall positive energy in this office. This was my first visit and I left the office feeling like it was a good choice to start the new year and trust these people to look out for my health moving into 2025. Its refreshing to see a group of people that really seem to be working as a team and with a purpose!

True Health - Harvest Time International - Sanford phil vogel: The people at this location are kind and gentle and made me feel very comfortable, more comfortable than I have ever felt visiting a dentist or doctor. They will also work with you if you have no insurance or are low income. I was so relieved today after my tooth extraction I almost cried.

AdventHealth Lake Mary Health Park - Lake Mary Sandi Ruth: I like going here for medical care. The staff are always professional and pleasant. I receive my results in a timely manner and sometimes before I leave. I also love that I can go anytime which means I do not lose time from work and lose wages. If I need to make an appointment or change my appointment. It has always been quick and easy.

Orlando Health South Seminole Hospital Outpatient Lab - Longwood Justin Powers: Absolutely do not come here for an emergency. The two ladies working at the front desk to check in had no clue what an EpiPen was. After my GF, who is a RN, explained she went into anaphylaxis the lady crossed it out and mentioned she wasnt even going to put it so she crossed it out on her sheet. Absolutely horrible care of patients.

AdventHealth for Children - Orlando Jennifer Burgess: My son was on his Make-A-Wish, Disney trip and his GJ tube got clogged. Anyone who has experience with a GJ tube already knows that this would require an Appointment with interventional radiology. Most hospitals only have limited appointments during the week with IR, certainly not availability on the weekend. However, another parent in a Make-A-Wish Facebook planning group that I am a part of recommended that I call Advent health in Orlando Because they have an interventional radiology department that might be available on the weekends. I had no trouble getting through to the charge nurse at IR who said to come on into the emergency department and let them know that I had an arrangement with IR, and they would take care of him. We took him in as she said. The emergency room was not crowded, everyone was as friendly as they could possibly be, and we were very impressed with the efficiency of the emergency department, as well as the interventional radiology team. We are from Atlanta and we are very used to crowded Childrens Hospital’s. We were pleasantly surprised With the services at Advent health, and we would recommend them to anyone. Everyone we encountered was kind, friendly, and efficient. You don’t ever Want to go to the hospital but if we needed to, we would certainly go back there.

Seminole Integrative Medicine - Casselberry Randy L: The girls in the office are super caring and friendly and beyond helpful. The office is clean and well equipped and maintained. I highly recommend and encourage anyone who is feeling stiff or wants to better themselves, check this place out. They also have a massage therapist who is practiced in many various treatments in house as well.
