5 /5 Aquaframeandsteel: Dr Putney was absolutely brilliant and very professional. Her knowledge skills and ability to help me and understand the issue I’m having was priceless. My back fusion was painful in NC in 2018…but she has instructed that moving forward … it would get better. She is very knowledgeable and has the great ability to convey the information so I could understand as well. I’m looking forward to seeing her next visit.

3 /5 Maurizia Meyer: Dr. Putney is great when you actually get to see her. I’ve had several appointments and saw her once. I like her PA but unfortunately what they recommended for my back pain did not work and came up with no real solutions.

5 /5 Grace Lynn Tenaglia: From the Staff to Dr Putney was great. Dr. Putney was thorough with my exam and looked at the x-rays and the MRI. She explained all details of my conditions And explained options to take.

2 /5 Wj Kane: Dr. Putney gets a "5" for "Orthopedics," her judgement and clinical decsion-making were sound. She gets a "1" for "And Sports Medicine." She seemed uncomfortable and out of her element when I asked sport-specific questions, and responded by being dismissive. Near the end of the visit I said I had another question and she responded "OK, one." Yes, she explicitly limited me to one. In the digital 21st century getting medical records should be as easy as visiting a digital portal, but this office has a cumbersome request/mail process. Lastly, I was supposed to get a phone call to schedule a follow-up procedure. Two weeks later, still no call. I called them twice, was on robo-hold for 8 minutes both times, then robo-routed to a voice mail system. Still no call back. Would any of this have been different if they knew I was an HCA colleague? It shouldnt.
