  • HCA Florida Fort Pierce Orthopedics - Suite 102 - Fort Pierce Patti Seitz: First visit today. Staff is great. Kudos to JuJu who handles the front desk with expertise, kindness and a big smile.
St. Lucie Medical Center - Heart & Family Institute - Port St. Lucie Michelle Troiano: It shouldn’t take a year to see your cardiologist. I have been attempting to see Doctor Zanto at HEART & FAMILY HEALTH INSTITUTE SINCE October 2023. Every time I call I’m told she is either out of the office for a week or she DOES NOT have any appointments available. Or I’m told the next available appointment is FIVE months from the date of my actual call.. Also, when I was sent an appointment reminder (to set up an appointment) the appointments are scheduled out 5 months in advance. From the date of the appointment letter. This last call (today) I was met with a very non- compassionate operator who was just plain rude and unsympathetic to the fact that I needed to see my cardiologist as soon as possible. SMH. When I asked if I could see one of the other cardiologist in the office he just outright said “No” . Again smh. For the record.. I was not nice with my response to him. He could have spoken better, responded better and had a little compassion towards me and my plight of not being able to get in and see the cardiologist for a year now. Also, I have attempted to see two other cardiologist over the last few months.. they won’t see me until My recent Cardiologist releases me from her care.. it’s call “physician courtesy”.
St Lucie Medical Associates - Port St. Lucie mehdi ouadif: This location is totally fraudulent. I visited for my annual health check-up. I had to have some blood tests done. They asked me to come back in to discuss my test results. It could have easily been communicated over the phone or email, but instead I was charged over $200 just to be told that everything was normal.
Caring Linq Medical & Wellness Center - Port St. Lucie Lyric Roberts: You just dont find providers like this anymore. I got very sick on the MLK holiday and the office was closed. I was able to speak to Myriam on the phone and hearing how sick I was, she allowed me to come in anyway. The level of care she gave me on her day off was unparalleled. I am not an easy patient but she was so kind and gracious. She even told me I could come in the next day if I needed to for more medicine. I cannot find the words to express my gratitude and appreciation for her and her office. They truly do see you as a whole person and treat you accordingly. I highly recommend them for all of you PCP needs.
Womens Health Specialists - Port St. Lucie Rosalinda S.: Dr. Stephanie Osorio is amazing! She has a great bedside manner, takes the time to listen and explain everything, and never makes me feel rushed (and I had A LOT of questions before my surgery!). She recently performed my hysterectomy, and everything from the procedure, to my recovery, went smoothly. When I had some questions about a week after my surgery and called the office to leave a message for her, she got back to me within the hour. She genuinely cares about her patients and I trust her completely. If youre looking for a new doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Osorio. Her assistant Q is also amazing! She is so friendly and down to earth, and always has a smile on her face when I see her. The office staff is always polite and professional, and everyone that Ive dealt with there, either by phone or in person, has been wonderful. Ive been to both PSL locations (Trade St. and Lake Whitney) and based on my experiences, I really cant recommend them enough.
South Florida Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine - Port St. Lucie RobinLaurie Jordan: At first I went to the walk in and the staff was great and so fast, in a good way!! The doctors assistant was caring and gentle. Then I went to the office and met with Dr. Anthony Romano. He put me at ease immediately by listening to my issues and discussing different options, taking g in my fear of needles easily. I truly appreciated the way he was calming and educational. Everything was explained in layman’s terms. Thank you!
Medical Office Building, Tiffany - Port St. Lucie Ivy Rivers: I’m not going to call out the Nurse practitioner by name because I have no choice where to go due to insurance. New to the area. And I had a prescription that needed to be transferred from my old doctor. It took me five tries both calling and leaving written messages. Then the office staff member calls me and is very rude about it and she just says coldly the medicine was called in. Like she didn’t care at all. I will be transferring to a new doctor and hope the next one is better
Midway Specialty Care Center - Port St. Lucie, Moti Ramgopal MD FACP FIDSA - Port St. Lucie B: If youre coming for prep / gay health stuff, Lauren Leeflang is very good. Very knowledgeable and understanding. Edit: Took one star off cause havent had the best experience with blood draws. The only times ive ever been missed has been here (2 times, last time they tried twice). Though you can go somewhere else like quest or a local hospital to get blood drawn if you run into a similar experience. - Took another star off because getting a hold of them is difficult. Its been proving to be quite frustrating as someone who gets there labs done outside this office.
Pediatric Associates St. Lucie West - Port St. Lucie Carmen Henriquez: I have been using Pediatric Associates for almost 6 years now and I have never had any issues with them. They accept most insurance and their doctors are amazing. Specifically Dr.Maria Tobon, she goes above and beyond for her patients. We adore her. The only negative I would say is the wait time. People have been moving to Port St Lucie like crazy and it’s getting super crowded to the point that it’s making the wait times get horrendously high. Other than that, I definitely recommend them.
