1 /5 Maria I Boehme: The front desk ladies at the SLW, FL office are nice, the waiting time is bad, minimum one hour, BUT the billing department and the customer service are the worst. I have been trying to contact them since December 16, 2024 trying to fix a DOUBLE charge on the vision and hearing exam of my kids. I have been on hold for 2+ HOURS (i have a couple of pictures) and they dont answer, they dont call back and when they do, finally today, they said its something I need to fix with the local office when the local office says its with the billing department. What kind of service is that? If the office forgot to post a charge in my account, its NOT my problem, its a Pediatric Associate problem and needs to be fixed now by a Pediatric Associate employee, NOT the patient.
And please dont reply saying how sorry you are to know about my bad experience and to call your customer service #, because as I said your customer service is absolutely the worst I had ever experienced.
