4 /5 Carmen Henriquez: I have been using Pediatric Associates for almost 6 years now and I have never had any issues with them. They accept most insurance and their doctors are amazing. Specifically Dr.Maria Tobon, she goes above and beyond for her patients. We adore her. The only negative I would say is the wait time. People have been moving to Port St Lucie like crazy and it’s getting super crowded to the point that it’s making the wait times get horrendously high. Other than that, I definitely recommend them.

1 /5 Yelky Urtiaga: We waited over two hours with no explanation, while others who arrived after us were seen first. My child was the last one seen, only to receive a quick prescription. Throughout the wait, the staff kept looking at us with an obvious I dont care attitude and repeatedly said, Im sorry for the wait, without actually doing anything to help. The lack of communication, respect for our time, and overall dismissiveness made this a frustrating experience. I wouldn’t recommend this office to other parents.I would give less than one star if I could.

2 /5 Sabrina McClover: The wait time is always extremely long. If we go in the morning or afternoon, you’re always in the room for AT LEAST an hour before seeing the doctor. After the appt, at checkout, I found the doctor hadn’t written a script for the issue we came in for; only a referral for a specialist. I asked to speak with the doctor and was told they would note his file and she would contact us and/or write a script. Neither happened. I called later that day and was told they would push a notification for the doctor to call us… a full 24 hours passed and nothing I have been to the other locations and have had a totally different experience. So as a whole, PA isn’t terrible, but I do NOT recommend this office. We are switching to a new practice.

5 /5 tamarah wellons: I have never felt better about a doctor’s office. My kids are taken care off and they communicate well, I feel seen and heard here and I thank all the lovely nurses and Dr. Bental for being an outstanding doctor. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication.

1 /5 Maria I Boehme: The front desk ladies at the SLW, FL office are nice, the waiting time is bad, minimum one hour, BUT the billing department and the customer service are the worst. I have been trying to contact them since December 16, 2024 trying to fix a DOUBLE charge on the vision and hearing exam of my kids. I have been on hold for 2+ HOURS (i have a couple of pictures) and they dont answer, they dont call back and when they do, finally today, they said its something I need to fix with the local office when the local office says its with the billing department. What kind of service is that? If the office forgot to post a charge in my account, its NOT my problem, its a Pediatric Associate problem and needs to be fixed now by a Pediatric Associate employee, NOT the patient. And please dont reply saying how sorry you are to know about my bad experience and to call your customer service #, because as I said your customer service is absolutely the worst I had ever experienced.

The Clark Clinic Bushnell - Bushnell Melanie Haager: Dr Hopkins was nice. However, I had 1 more question to ask about my husbands breathing and he pretty much told us NO and walked out. My guess is because it was 5:05. So, in other words... money & time is more important to him instead of the patient!!

Premier Medical - Bushnell rebecca wynn: Dr.Harris was an amazing Dr! The front office staff was also amazing! I’ve been sick for over a week and was never prescribed any antibiotics from my primary Dr. so I went here to see Dr.Harris and she helped me and prescribed antibiotics that will help me get better! She listened and was very thorough! Thank you Doc!

Bushnell Medical Clinic - Bushnell Johnnie Smith: Called in and spoke to Bill with the answering service. He was terrific. He really listened to my questions and relayed them to my doctor as requested. This office is awesome!!

Renaldas A Smidtas & Associates - Live Oak Sandra Ezell Gregoris: On Sunday July 21, 2024 my mother passed away due, in large part, to the lack of care of Callie Smith of this office. Though my mother tried to tell her over and over about her back and stomach issues. I, since i used to work with her, even emailed her with info i knew that would maybe be something mom forgot but she ignored me, too. Note, i never once asked for info about my mom. HIPAA, I am very familiar with. But mom said she rushed her in and out and once only came into the waiting room to give her lab results, then sent her on her way. Same pain, same issues. I was very happy when Callie came back to town. I thought she would be perfect for my mom because she was so close to her own mom. Well, i guess the extra education deleted the human factor. My life has been changed forever and it was entirely preventable had Callie listened to my mom and myself and found the problem. This is not the Callie i knew, i just wish id known sooner and gotten another provider.

HCA Florida Suwannee Emergency - Live Oak Linda W: This is the second HCA facility that I have gone to and a double patients up in the ER rooms. This would not bother me if you had 2 Non-respiratory infected patients. I have horrible back pain, to go in the ER and pick up some kind of respiratory infection, flu or Covid, the coughing would just add to my back pain. I would say youre safest just to grab a mask because these people that come in coughing and hacking are not courteous enough to put a mask on themselves. this was from personal experience, in fact, the patient went for x-ray and they gave him a mask, as soon as they got back into the room, they took it off. since they have slacked off the Covid epidemic, places have become less sterile once again.

The LPN who does my weight/BP is incredible - she is funny, sweet and makes you feel so comfortable. I see Missy and she is the kindest, most down-to-earth person Ive ever met - Im so grateful for this office!

Palms Medical Group - Live Oak - Live Oak Brody Herring: My family started here about a year ago. Getting an appointment, call them , talk to someone , they can’t give you an appointment for the next day and tell you to call at 8 in the morning. At 8 in the morning you wait for 20 mins on the phone and tell you to bone in 7 days later. Mind you this is our primary and we have insurance. We have had this problem 6 times now. Once they prescribed me the wrong medication and I was seriously sick a missed 5 days of work, I call everyday for an appointment, left voicemails and even talked to the head nurse. No call back no response Don’t go here, for anything.

Doctors office in Live Oak, FL - Live Oak Jaimie Melka: WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! OBSCENE WAIT TIMES! When calling the office for the first time, a lady answered the phone and said she would call me back in a few minutes but never returned my call. The second time, Dr. Rana answered the phone and asked me to come in the next day. I showed up early for my appointment, and should have taken the hint when another patient said they waited almost TWO HOURS TO BE SEEN. I asked the staff if the doctor typically ran behind and was told the wait was so long because I was a new patient, and they had to put all my info into the system. I was not happy about it but was willing to wait at that point. An hour and a half in, however, they brought back a walk-in patient, and that was the last straw for me. Never have I waited that long to be seen outside of an emergency room. I asked for them to cancel my appt and left without being seen, and they werent even slightly apologetic.
