2 /5 Mike Hodge: Dr.Collins was fantastic, took the time to listen and explain everything. My complaint is with the follow up from his staff. I was called and told what I needed to do, I said ok and within 5 minutes I called back and it went to voice mail. I asked for a call back. A week later I had not received that call so I call back and again went to voice mail. I repeated the the need to talk to them and asked for a call back. 3 days after that I called again during their office hours but got their answering service. I again left a message for them to call. The next week I got a call from a different office, I explained what I was messing to talk to the office and she said she couldnt help me but gave me a phone number of someone who could. I called and talked to Donna, again I went through my need and she said she wasnt the right person but would find out and call me back. That was 3 weeks ago and I still havent had a call from anyone. Kind of makes you feel like patients arent really that important. Again Dr Collins gets 5 stars, the staff, very low rating.
