5 /5 Kristy Clark-Doskocil: A little bit of a disconnect when we were communicating at first. However, the service and professionalism made up for it. This has by far been the better automotive experience since moving here. Joey, takes time to test drive the vehicle after the service even if a tech has done it. He goes through each repair and will discuss what may or may not need to be completed. They fixed an issue that another local shop created and you can tell the difference when driving my truck. Plus, the military discount is always appreciated!

1 /5 Ammie Bodiford: Awful! We will never use this mechanic again. Dropped our truck off in January and didnt get it back until late March ($2800 Bill). Immediately there was a different issue than what we took it for. Didnt even get home, turned around and took it back and they say they cant find any issue. Went so far as to to clear the check engine light that came on when we left the first time, (diagnosis that a cylinder was miss firing) but they say that there were no issues when they drove it. Picked it up today and same issue (Skipping).

1 /5 justin: Dropped my service vehicle off due to lack of power, after them having it for 3-4 days I was told take it to ford there’s a computer issue. I decided to pop the hood and just look around and needless to say they didn’t even pop the hood. They checked engine codes and decided to throw it off on somebody else! Fixed the stated problem I took it to them for in 3 minutes myself!

1 /5 john maszy: Don’t waste your time taking your vehicle here. You’ll just get charged and problem not fixed. Not to say it was there 9 weeks .My vehicle was running poor , vibration , grinding when shifting. Almost 2000.00 later was told it was ready. Vibration was a little better. They installed clutch and hydraulics and said that as the fix on grinding. And said it was running fine. Still grinds and has left me stranded due to poor running. Brought back and addressed Joey the owner and was told he would look at as there two weeks nothing. When I came down to ask about it was told he has to go finish a test drive and for me to hurry up and finish talking because he has things to do. Take your vehicle somewhere else if you want it fixed
