Laura Butler: I had a great experience with PA-C Anthony Aliaga at MD Now Urgent Care on Federal in Fort Lauderdale. The whole team was wonderful - efficient and kind. I did a virtual check in online and was seen promptly after the time I was told to show up. They ran a couple of tests and were able to quickly send my prescriptions to my preferred pharmacy for pickup. Grateful they’re just around the corner when I need them!

Never answers the phone, never fax papers in timely manner, you can have an appointment at 10am and wont get your vitals done until 12pm. go on lunch break have you waiting all day just to call you after lunch to put you in a room for another 45 minutes. If you dont have any place to be or a have a life this the place for you. You will definitely be there 4 hours or more. I see why they have 2 stars. The State definitely needs look into this facility!!!

Matt Filek: This is a excellent walk-in orthopedic facility, they did a really nice job aspirating a large amount of fluid off of my knee. Very clean, was seen quickly, and professional staff. For those who need aspiration, most of the immediate care clinics around here do not offer that, and this is a much better alternative than going to the emergency room.

Platon Polishchuk: This morning, I had a scheduled appointment at 9:20 AM. I arrived on time, only to be told that the doctor had left due to an emergency call—wasting my time. This is the second time this has happened to me. Additionally, a blonde assistant with curly hair was extremely rude. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. I also witnessed her yelling rudely at another patient who seemingly didn’t understand her well. To make matters worse, she refused to reschedule my appointment. It is the clinic’s responsibility to inform patients in advance if their appointments are canceled, not to notify them at the last minute. The staff’s attitude is unacceptable, and if they cannot handle their jobs professionally or treat patients with respect, they should consider a different profession. In particular, the assistant with curly hair needs to learn proper etiquette. I have requested my test results from them, and I will not be returning. This is not how patients should be treated.

Mrs. Betty Quero: Had to take my mother in to the Emergency room. She was placed on the hallway due to the overflow of patients. Therefore I had the advantage of seeing everyone in action. My mother received exceptional attention and the staff is marvelous, professional and work in harmony like a fine tune piano. Unfortunately there is one bad apple in the bunch which should not spoil the image of the rest. While a nurse is asking questions to a patient to assess her awareness; a nurse walks up an makes a derogatory and extremely rude political remark. In my opinion this nurse lacks the respect and professionalism that the rest of the staff demonstrates to uphold. This is a hospital where people come to receive care regardless of political beliefs, color, race, sexual preference or religion. Attach is a picture of this nurse so you will not be surprised of her performance if you ever have to deal with her.
