Scott was at my house in Old Town within the hour and got straight to work. He first had to correct the other "mechanics" screw ups, plural, and got right to the problem. My truck was fixed as quickly as could be expected and Im back on the road! The cost was very fair and I paid happily! These are good people, fully licensed through the state, doing a wonderful job!

Trudie Picknell: I called for a few parts. Then after that, he hung up on me. So I believe they should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. If you do business like that, you dont belong in Dixie County. Go to Dixie auto salvage or gator auto salvage for better service. I hate it that cross City cars and parts sold to these people. Because they are rude and inconsiderate. And I wish they were still here.

CHIEFLAND TIRE AND AUTO SERVICE CENTER - Chiefland

Jeff Charles: These guys have done great work for me in the past, so I called again for the same quality service. I was helped by Bill, who was the most unhelpful, disrespectful, flippant person that Ive had the displeasure of dealing with. Got a $340 quote over the phone, three seperate times over the past year or so, always the same. I made an appointment for this morning, got there 1/2 hour early with quoted cash in hand, and Bill did all the lookup over again on the fix and casually informed me it would be $440. Within 5 minutes, after having to start over from scratch, Bill lost my business and destroyed my trust in their work. I wont be back. I drove 50 miles one way for this because I havent found any mechanics I can trust within a 50 mile radius of home. I should charge these guys my own $125/hour shop rate for the two hours I spent this morning traveling there and back. Up until this point, I couldnt recommend a better shop to anyone. Fool me once, shame on you.

Shultsy Vlogs: By far the worst shop experience I’ve EVER HAD!!!! I brought my truck there and they made me wait 2 weeks just to tell me I needed an entire new engine which was not true at all and would’ve costed me another $10,000 min. I brought it too another shop and they had my problem figured out in a week(it wasn’t my engine). The guy was mean to me on the phone terrible customer service, they had no knowledge on how to fix my truck and they lied straight through there teeth to me. By far the worst shop I’ve ever been to
