The doctor has such a wonderful bedside manner. He listened and had great input and feel great about everything that was discussed. And we will be back. Great doctor and great office 100%

5 /5 Dianne Grady: Ive have 0 issues with the Doctors and Office staff. Everyone is pleasant and very helpful. Dr. Delva has a wonderful bedside manner and she asks if I have any questions as soon as she walks in the door. My husband and I are truly happy in how things are thorough and the office follows through. If insurance approvals are required for anything they get it done in a very timely manner.

1 /5 Ruth Ann Eller-Belote: I have never had so many problems with a doctors office before. Female doctor is condescending. They called my medicine in to the wrong pharmacy 6 different times. The last time they denied it completely. The pharmacy provided documentation. I went in for my appointment today and they had canceled it. Looking for a new doctors office.

Very good reviews of this Dr have been posted at the same time very bad reviews regarding staff and the response factor being largely insufficient. I confirm the stories of never answering phones or returning calls as I’ve made multiple attempts to contact….hence the single star

HCA Florida Citrus Hospital Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine Center - Inverness Jo Laughs: I would highly recommend this facility. Everyone is so kind starting with Nicole the receptionist to my nurses Heather and Beth and my Doctor, Dr.Saint. I adore them all. They make me feel like family. You are there for something serious but they make you feel at ease with humor and lots of laughter but extremely professional when it comes to treating your wound. If anyone is ever in a bad mood you couldn’t tell it because everyone wears a smile, I love that. A great Doctor and a great staff.

Citrus Primary Care Inverness - Inverness Bill Bloom Sr: Dr Jordan is the greatest. Hes very professional and personable and understands everything that is going on with your health. Also Dr Lopez who is a intern and he was pleasant and professional also. He listened to what I said and did not disapprove with what I had to say about my health and care that I was receiving from my other doctors. I would highly recommend this combo of Drs to everyone for your health needs and concerns.

Citrus Memorial Hospital: Berlow Michael E MD - Inverness Chris Michaud: Worst hospital I’ve ever been to. 5 hours and still no answers and my wife came in with chest pains. If it wasn’t for MEL B we prob wouldn’t have been seen. Took 3.5-4 hours before we even saw a doctor. Our nurse went to another position, and told us new nurse would be taking care of us…guess what? She NEVER came in. I literally had to keep asking and asking and the only one who ever had answers was MEL B. Registration was in within 5 minutes. Get your money to pay for what? Staff? Lol charge more I guess, because it’s time for cleanup and hire people who want to work and care about their patients. We asked where a doctor was in mid issue and I was told they were doing shift change. Honestly I should be talking to a lawyer….shift change should be done in phases in an emergency room, McDonald’s doesn’t even do that… fire everyone in charge in management and put people with priorities in the correct order…patients, effective treatment plans and then money. But I’ll get the bill with no discounts for inconvenience or pure lack of patient care and job effectiveness.

He makes you feel at ease and comfortable from the minute he walks in the room. Hes very thorough, knowledgeable and doesnt rush the appointment. I would highly recommend him for your health care needs.

This is in addition to the individual five star rating I give to Dr. Carmine and the traveling PA at the time being seen in January 04. This is personally my unbiased, honest assessment and review.

Ped.I.M. Healthcare - Inverness Roxanne Bowles: Doctor and medical assistant were fabulous but forgot to send my prescription in and had to call the next day to let them know. Update: it’s Friday evening and I still don’t have my prescription after calling two more times again today. Not happy at all and still sick.

Quick Care Med - Inverness Ashley Clark: Great experience from the front desk, to the nurse and the doctor they were very kind and quick! My son had an ear ache and not feeling well and we were In and out less then an hour and the prescription was ready for pick up by the time we made it home. Great job to the whole staff!

I was in several different units (my favorite being the wound care) and I have never come across such incredible nurses like this anywhere else. The staff was very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to all of their patients on every unit. Being there as a nursing student was a fantastic experience for me and all of the nurses I had the pleasure of working with were very helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
