1 /5 Miya Pearce: Do not recommend. Asked for testing and they threw out my pee for absolutely no reason and then didn’t even tell me? I had to call them just to find out they did that. Waste of money. Then, I scheduled an ekg appointment, gave them the information needed to fax it to my doctor for surgery. Never did it. Even after confirming with them that it has been sent over. Now here I am at my pre op appointment without the medical forms needed. Also it took over an hour wait to be seen by the doctor and I was never even seen I had to leave so I could make it back to work on time. So, would have been over an hour wait. $265 WASTED. very unprofessional and careless staff.

3 /5 Marc Knapp: Something has changed. While I used to be able to call and get an appointment with in a week or so now when I called in November the first acceptable appointment was January 23rd. Appointments apparently are now only early morning 8- 8:30 or early afternoon 1-2. When I arrived at 1:45 for my 2 o’clock appointment I wasn’t called back until 2:16. While the nurse did her wellness check in about 10 minutes I did not see a medical practitioner until 3. In the past I normally would be in and out within 30 minutes of my appointment time.

5 /5 Louis DuBois: Doctors appointment at 2 20 p.m. call them told me we were going to be 10 minutes late they didnt give us a big problem they didnt tell us we couldnt be seen as soon as we arrived we were quickly taken back seen by the doctor written our prescriptions and waited on them to get filled its kind of nice to have everything in a One stop shop

5 /5 Sam Bass: Palms medical group has definitely superseded all of my expectations. They got me right in on time no waiting or hassles. They have a staff of caring, and knowledgeable medical professionals. APRN Leslie Rivers and APRN Angela Seay made me feel like my health mattered and helping me reach my optimal health and feeling better was there top priority. I am certainly glad that I chose Palms Medical group for my new Primary care physicians.

Baya Urgent Care - Lake City logan Witt: I was there at 3:46 and was there until I left myself at 5:28 and they had me waiting in the back for an hour just for me to go out of the room to show I’m still there and then the rude as can be male nurse for this night shift was rude and gave me an attitude telling me the test I went there for takes three days when it has been instant as it should be so it can be treated right away and properly. They were all back there laughing and cutting up with other patients and making wait time longer for everyone else there especially by keeping me back there for over an hour when my test wouldn’t be back for three days as they say and that I’d be called back in 3 days. I told him so you made me wait over an hour for something I can’t even see the results of in the same day and then gives me the worst attitude and was saying well it’s not instant, I’ve never seen someone so unprofessional and downright righteous in some way of keeping me there for so long just for me to get told that’s not how this works with his hands on his hips,raising his eyebrows, being kinda whiny towards me that I was even questioning of why I was left for over an hour when he and the lady who took my vitals could’ve already told me that and not make me wait an hour to not even get treated the same day and then to get a nurse who just wants to go home and mad they have to do their job. He said he could treat me now but if he doesn’t know what I have he’s just giving me medication for anything at that point. It’s URGENTLY done in all urgent cares (except for this one for some reason) and medical facilities. I walked out telling him he’s not gonna talk to me like that and then he tried being nicer and since could just give me whatever he felt would be okay without even knowing what I had which could cause more damage than good.

DeSoto Memorial Hospital DMH - Arcadia Christine Ballewske: Had emergency surgery there with Dr.Fiorucci, he was wonderful as well as all, but 2 staff members, an older nurse in the ER, she was down right mean and I was in EXTREME PAIN! She kept telling me to knock off my moaning, said that she would tell the doctor not to come into evaluate me if I kept crying, I didn’t… I had a perforated ulcer, and could have died!! I had one baaaadddd cleaning crew, but every nurse, doctor and physician assistants were wonderful!

Tri County Primary Care - Cross City Gabe Kemp: This clinic has poor management and when I requested medical records 4x, they never sent to my new primary doctor. I had tests done, doctor has not consulted me yet since November and now its March. Waiting to be seen takes 2 or more hours. This is a small clinic.

North Florida Medical - Cross City - Cross City Justine Stillman: I really really enjoy having Kelly Dee as my Primary Physician. She’s really on top of things and so very kind. All the staff here is so nice. Thank y’all for making my experience so positive. Y’all are the best! Southern hospitality at its finest. God bless. :)

Mayo Clinic - Jacksonville Wally Sears: the Mayo campus in Jacksonville is beautiful. The art collection is fantastic. If you have to get medical care get the best and brightest doctors in a stunning, bright, modern, environment. Fine dining at M Brothers resturant and gourmet coffee shop Zest has heathy to go meals.

UF Health Jacksonville - Jacksonville Vonna Scott: Checked emergency room at 8:30 am on Tuesday 9/3. Told me I was being admitted at 6 pm. At 11m they still didn’t have a room available. 9/4 at midnight, the move me to an exam room and said once they get a room I would be sent upstairs! It’s 5:36 pm and still no room. Was told I have to stay overnight again, but with no room. The bathroom that I must use is down the hall and around the corner and is disgusting! They have not cleaned the bathroom and it has a horrible smell. No paper towels or soap to wash and dry your hands. To top it all off, my room has not been cleaned. Meaning no trash was picked up or emptied. Not to mention, I’m still sleeping on bloody sheets from yesterday when they tried to put in a butterfly needle to draw blood. This place is absolutely disgusting and should be closed down. Think I’m going to have Ben Becker from the news investigate this place! Stay far away!
