    Fresenius Medical Care at Lake City Medical Center - Lake City Lena M W: While driving back home from vacation, one member of our party started experiencing severe (almost debilitating) back pain. Unsure of what to do and where to go, I called Fresenius Medical Care since it was the closest ER to where we were in our trip. The staff was friendly and said to come on in to be seen. Upon arrival, the front desk lady only took 2 minutes to get our information. I asked how long it would take (since I noticed about 10 people in the waiting room) and she said maybe a minute or two. ((Really?)). But she was correct, because before we found a seat our member was being called back. Very impressive. In a matter of 30 minutes, we were in, out, and on our way. He was given some pain meds and the staff was so friendly that they gave him some graham crackers too since the meds were not to be taken on an empty stomach. Never have I had or heard of service that quick from an ER or Medical Center!! We saved this in our GPS since we travel from North FL to South FL often. Hopefully, we wont have to use it again, but if we do, this will be our number 1 choice. Thanks so much to the staff at Fresenius -- you made our detoured trip back home, manageable and less stressful!!
    Baya Urgent Care - Lake City logan Witt: I was there at 3:46 and was there until I left myself at 5:28 and they had me waiting in the back for an hour just for me to go out of the room to show I’m still there and then the rude as can be male nurse for this night shift was rude and gave me an attitude telling me the test I went there for takes three days when it has been instant as it should be so it can be treated right away and properly. They were all back there laughing and cutting up with other patients and making wait time longer for everyone else there especially by keeping me back there for over an hour when my test wouldn’t be back for three days as they say and that I’d be called back in 3 days. I told him so you made me wait over an hour for something I can’t even see the results of in the same day and then gives me the worst attitude and was saying well it’s not instant, I’ve never seen someone so unprofessional and downright righteous in some way of keeping me there for so long just for me to get told that’s not how this works with his hands on his hips,raising his eyebrows, being kinda whiny towards me that I was even questioning of why I was left for over an hour when he and the lady who took my vitals could’ve already told me that and not make me wait an hour to not even get treated the same day and then to get a nurse who just wants to go home and mad they have to do their job. He said he could treat me now but if he doesn’t know what I have he’s just giving me medication for anything at that point. It’s URGENTLY done in all urgent cares (except for this one for some reason) and medical facilities. I walked out telling him he’s not gonna talk to me like that and then he tried being nicer and since could just give me whatever he felt would be okay without even knowing what I had which could cause more damage than good.

    DeSoto Memorial Hospital DMH - Arcadia Christine Ballewske: Had emergency surgery there with Dr.Fiorucci, he was wonderful as well as all, but 2 staff members, an older nurse in the ER, she was down right mean and I was in EXTREME PAIN! She kept telling me to knock off my moaning, said that she would tell the doctor not to come into evaluate me if I kept crying, I didn’t… I had a perforated ulcer, and could have died!! I had one baaaadddd cleaning crew, but every nurse, doctor and physician assistants were wonderful!

    Tri County Primary Care - Cross City Gabe Kemp: This clinic has poor management and when I requested medical records 4x, they never sent to my new primary doctor. I had tests done, doctor has not consulted me yet since November and now its March. Waiting to be seen takes 2 or more hours. This is a small clinic.
    North Florida Medical - Cross City - Cross City Justine Stillman: I really really enjoy having Kelly Dee as my Primary Physician. She’s really on top of things and so very kind. All the staff here is so nice. Thank y’all for making my experience so positive. Y’all are the best! Southern hospitality at its finest. God bless. :)
