1 /5 Ik: Don’t rely on them to treat your parents. They don’t care about Their patients they will treat you like a garbage. They only are there to make money. For two hours, they made us wait online they literally speak like they own us. They don’t care about somebody else waiting for two hours without the doctor coming I would have never gone to them only if the insurance was only giving us option to go there but now I guess I would change the insurance Many many other issues with this facility and the same in Lake Mary beware of them even their management sucks

5 /5 Diestler Delores: I did not have appointment however I walked in as I needed a letter for me job which needed my doctor to write. The staff was incredibly nice and they fit me in and did not even wait terribly long. Very much appreciated them working with me.

1 /5 NyAsia Baker: Appointment was at 11AM. They asked me to arrive 30 minutes early at 10:30 AM which I did and now theyve informed me that it will be 1:00pm before I even see the doctor. They placed me back in the waiting room. Please have your staff learn to schedule your patients accordingly and not overbook or double book. When I asked the estimated wait time, I was told "shes busy!" I can clearly see that because youve scheduled 5-6 different patients for the same appointment time and only have one provider working. Seems like are double and even triple booking for monetary reasons. I could have scheduled a later appointment and gone to work, now I have to work out extra time off with my job. This is my first time here and I will be changing my PCP after this appointment. I will not be returning. Exam rooms could be cleaner as well.

1 /5 Sherri Alvarado: Appointment was at 3:30 and didn’t get called until 4:45. turns out they called out my name and let another women go in using my name. and not one staff realized until she left. so unprofessional, unorganized and extremely hectic. do not recommend, if i could give it 0 stars i would.

James C.: I think everyone in this office actually cares about their patients. Mrs. Yvette at the front desk was really helpful and was nice to me even though Im not an easy person to deal with. The nurse that did my intake and bloodwork was really nice and showed patience with me. Dr. Ramirez and Dr. Shultz both listened to me and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall positive energy in this office. This was my first visit and I left the office feeling like it was a good choice to start the new year and trust these people to look out for my health moving into 2025. Its refreshing to see a group of people that really seem to be working as a team and with a purpose!

Justin Powers: Absolutely do not come here for an emergency. The two ladies working at the front desk to check in had no clue what an EpiPen was. After my GF, who is a RN, explained she went into anaphylaxis the lady crossed it out and mentioned she wasnt even going to put it so she crossed it out on her sheet. Absolutely horrible care of patients.

Jennifer Burgess: My son was on his Make-A-Wish, Disney trip and his GJ tube got clogged. Anyone who has experience with a GJ tube already knows that this would require an Appointment with interventional radiology. Most hospitals only have limited appointments during the week with IR, certainly not availability on the weekend. However, another parent in a Make-A-Wish Facebook planning group that I am a part of recommended that I call Advent health in Orlando Because they have an interventional radiology department that might be available on the weekends. I had no trouble getting through to the charge nurse at IR who said to come on into the emergency department and let them know that I had an arrangement with IR, and they would take care of him. We took him in as she said. The emergency room was not crowded, everyone was as friendly as they could possibly be, and we were very impressed with the efficiency of the emergency department, as well as the interventional radiology team. We are from Atlanta and we are very used to crowded Childrens Hospital’s. We were pleasantly surprised With the services at Advent health, and we would recommend them to anyone. Everyone we encountered was kind, friendly, and efficient. You don’t ever Want to go to the hospital but if we needed to, we would certainly go back there.

Ron Wrobel: I had a routine check-up here last week, and while the doctor seemed fine, the follow-up experience has been frustrating beyond belief. After my appointment, the nurse was supposed to handle refills for my routine Type 2 diabetes medications. However, when I went to the pharmacy, three prescriptions were missing, and one was for the wrong medication. Trying to fix this has been a nightmare—every call to the office means waiting on hold for 15+ minutes, only to be transferred and put on hold again. When I finally got someone on the line, they seemed eager to pass me off rather than actually solve the issue. A simple prescription refill shouldn’t require this much effort. If you need reliable, responsive follow-up care, I’d think twice before coming here.

Such an amazing healthcare provider. Even though last night was packed he never cut our visit short and took the time needed with all my 3 kids. Elena and the other tech were amazing as well joking with our kids in order to make the swaps and test easier on them. I would happily wait for my kids to be treated by Matt and such an amazing staff.
