  • Indian River Hospital Scully-Welsh Cancer Center - Vero Beach Judy Heller: I have been an oncology patient at CC Weston since 2020. Last year my oncologist in Boston referred me to Scully Welch for radiation treatment. When I was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma in 2024, I Had 6 months of treatment at Dana Farber in Boston. Excellent doctor and staff. My care team sent an order to S-W for follow up bloodwork and a port flush. I am a seasonal resident of Vero Beach and despite the order from my Boston oncologist ( who is licensed in FL) I Was told I could not receive this service at Scully Welch because I had no local oncologist! I am making a 2 hour drive to Weston for bloodwork and a port flush! Very disappointed in the IR Cleveland Clinic. Will reconsider donations in the future.
Indian River Health Services - Vero Beach Devra Stowers: What good would it do to write anything about a healthcare provider nothing will change
Indian River Hospital Primary Care South - Vero Beach Gambolputty Mike: My family and I have been patients at this practice for several years. We have been happy with the care given until lately. It has become untenable. The office will not return calls, respond to requests for a referral to a specialist, or answer written correspondence. I cannot blame the staff personally because I think the Cleveland Clinic ruins everything they become involved in. I have seen it not just here but at Vero Radiology also. Its bad enough that I am exploring all of us moving to a primary care outside the Cleveland Clinic dysfunctional system.
Treasure Coast Community Health|TCCH | United Against Poverty | Medical - Vero Beach Imani Richardson: BEWARE of PA JOYCE WAGNER at this location. I have never experienced a “Karen” in person until I met her. My husband is being seen as the patient and I am QUIETLY sitting in the chair listening and observing them, while taking a little quiz. Even though she is asking him questions and dealing with him, she keeps looking at me. She stops what she is saying to him, even though she has his full attention, and she claims it is distracting that he is on his phone and she need his undivided attention. I began to become confused because he was NEVER on his phone. She goes on and on about him being on his phone and talking to someone else. She states it is rude to be talking to someone else while she talking and that she will not go on until he stops or removes his phone. I asked him if he was talking to someone as a rhetorical question because I knew he wasn’t. Looking back and forth at him and my phone, I never saw him get on his phone ONCE and I was right next to him. She was picking a fight with him (the patient) even though she really had an issue with me being on my phone (visitor). She takes the heat off of my husband and turns it on me and continues to go back and forth with me about me being on my phone, as I ask her why she has an issue with me being on my phone. After we realized it was me she had an issue with, and she did not deny that, she proceeds and says there is a policy that says no phones are allowed in the exam room. There were NO signs anywhere that stated that. There was one in the room that said no recording, which I was not doing and told her that. She continued to huff and puff under her mask as she concluded our visit and asked were there any other concerns even though the first thing she said when she came in the room was my husband was going to have to pick 1 thing that is bothering him after she saw there were 3 things that we wanted to discuss with her. Having to deal with this foolishness made me not want to ever come back to this establishment. I spoke with the manager and she was understanding and didn’t know why she was acting like that when I wasn’t even the patient. She was very delusional and unprofessional during our visit to say the least. I would avoid her at all costs.
Whole Family Health Center - Vero Beach Kelsey Bui: /5 stars Im extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received at Whole Care Family Office. As a long-time patient, I expected better. My issues began when I tried to obtain my medical records after deciding to leave their practice. Despite signing a release form, they refused to provide my records, citing unclear reasons. To make matters worse, they deleted my familys records from their system, allegedly due to my decision to leave. This not only caused inconvenience but also raised serious concerns about patient data handling. When I tried to schedule an appointment for my sick child, they canceled at the last minute without adequate notice. The final straw was when they involved the police and issued a trespassing order, which was unnecessary and intimidating. As a patient, I expect respect, professionalism, and transparency. Whole Care Family Office fell short on all counts. I would advise others to exercise caution when choosing a healthcare provider. Update: I hope that in the future, Whole Care Family Office will take steps to address these issues and provide better service to their patients.
RiverSide Medical Center - Vero Beach Judy Ann Bishop: The Dr. Was wonderful...but, I blew up at office girls..., And I never blow up, was told on phone that my guy was to go in alone, no one with him, and got there, sign on door saying...a person could accompany....girl never asked on phone if I was a caregiver or not. Well, someone has to be there to drive if patients eyes dilated for tests!! It takes a lot to upset me, but takes the cake!!! Again, The Dr. Was wonderful!!!! The office is immaculate...
Indian River Hospital Scully Endoscopy Center - Vero Beach dawn gibson: I recently had a colonoscopy and endoscopy with Dr. Golden at the Scully Endoscopy Center in Vero Beach, and I have to say it was a very positive experience. From Samantha to Amanda,Daniela in procedure to Rebecca in Recovery, and of course Dr.Golden, everyone was so friendly, and very organized from beginning to end! Thank you.
Indian River Hospital Ambulatory Services Center/Wound Healing Center - Vero Beach Kay Buckley: I have always respected Cleveland Clinic but my experience with physical therapy at the Indian River Hospital location in Vero Beach was not acceptable. Three times I carefully explained to Marika that after my Ulnar nerve transposition surgery I was instructed by my orthopedic surgeon to never use my arm in a bent position to support weight. Each time she insisted that I do the exercise that she requested saying "its only for a minute, it wont hurt anything". Each time I reluctantly performed the exercise. On the 3rd time I felt a sharp pain and have experienced pain in the elbow and middle finger ever since. It has been almost 2 months. After that experience I refused to complete my scheduled visits with Marika. Samantha Penny took over and did an excellent job. Samantha was caring and professional. It is a shame that one therapist (Marika) can ruin the reputation of an entire facility.
Florida Woman Care Of Indian River County - Vero Beach Alexis Vormittag: I was previously a patient at another facility and my doctor recently opened a concierge practice. I can’t afford her prices, so I was searching for a new doctor. The office was able to get me in in a timely fashion, and was pleasant when I called. Shannon (the nurse practitioner) took her time with me and educated me prior to doing my exam. I didn’t feel rushed and she made sure to answer any questions that I had. Everyone in the office was very kind and made me feel welcome. While it stinks having to find a new doctor, I’m glad a friend recommended this office to me!
Vero Orthopedics - Vero Beach Tim Carney: Hello! I had my first appointment with Vero Orthopedics this afternoon. I was extremely satisfied with the staff and the facility in general. The ladies that checked me in were very helpful and courteous. The assistant that took me back to the exam room was very cool and funny. She asked all the right questions. I had to get a few X-rays while I was there - I believe his name is Kevin (?) - very professional, easy to talk with, and made it so easy. Alex Dees PA-C // Awesome person - very down to earth. He explained everything in a way that made it easy to understand. He took the time to sit with my wife and I and explain everything that was going on and what his concerns were. Definitely recommend!!! Couldn’t ask for a better group of people to help us. I look forward to going back. All positive all around in my book. I couldn’t eat to get home to post my review. Thanks again!!!
