5 /5 Elizabeth Marzan: There is not enough to say about this facility. I came from New York to a new place. Between everything being different i ended up needing a gastroenterologist. I found the most compassionate people at this office. From Lisa exceceptional, Itina the anesthesiologist to Dr. Kanuri. God bless you all the most beautiful experience in a doctors office my entire life. If you want a real experience go to this facility. I promise you will thank me. The best!!!

5 /5 Lynne MacInnis: Very professional. The most organized office I have quite frankly ever seen. Dr. Kanuri was excellent and very kind. Went in for a colonoscopy and was apprehensive, but turned out very good and was back home doing all my regular chores.. Highly recommend this office.. kind of a rare especially locally.. The anesthesiologist he works with looks like hes pretty experienced and put me at ease... Nurses were great and the nurse who put the IV in for the anesthesia, I hardly felt the needle. Just all around very experienced professionals..

2 /5 Marleny Saldana: I am having issues with billing. They overcharge me and then I called so many times and the person in the billing department never returns my calls. I had left so many messages she is either out on longer lunches or she is never available to speak to anyone. I am still waiting for a call after 4 messages that’s I left since a week agog.

1 /5 Janice P: Bedside manner was nonexistent. Doctor Kanuri and his staff are insensitive and rude, and completely unprofessional. Treated my sister like she was just a name on the schedule, when you are giving someone life changing results you would think human nature would cause you to be compassionate, not in this case. I don’t recommend this practice at all

1 /5 Sara: This place is absolutely disgusting. The women that work in the office are not even human beings. The way they treat people is disgusting. I am owed money never received it. I got hung up on and cussed at. Initially with my first appointment I came in with my baby because I had nobody to watch her and one of the nurses said you don’t have anybody to watch your baby like it’s wrong for me to bring my toddler with me to my G.I. appointment. I was hung up by the manager several times when asked to speak to a different nurse or a doctor. I was never given the chance I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau and anybody else that I can so everyone knows that this place should not be running a business whatsoever with the inconsistencies and, the uncleanliness and the rude and unprofessional, nurses, doctors, etc. DONT COME HERE!!!!!! Anywhere else but here!!!!

HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital - Hudson John Harason: Ive been a patient many times here. And all that I can say is that this hospital and especially the staff really go beyond the great service that they provide. Making your stay as comfortable as possible. They will in some cases go beyond their duties to make you feel at home. Their input and output processing is just fantastic. The rooms are kept spotless, the lobby is relaxing to the eye, ( gives you the feeling like a resort ) and the reception process is rather quick. If you have to choose a hospital, choose Bayonet Point.

Access Health Care Physicians, LLC - Qahtan Abdul Fattah, MD - Brooksville J 2: 1. You call the number on the website and the recording tells you that they don’t answer the phone and to text. 2. You will get a return text from Lisa who says that she has added you to her list and will call you back. 3. Lisa randomly calls you back and leaves a snarky message about you not answering and tells you to call back the same number that they don’t answer and you can’t leave a message. 4. I message Lisa back 34 hours ago and Lisa still hasn’t responded. 5. I message Lisa asking to escalate to someone that can actually help me as I am disabled and need help. 6. I will no longer deal with Access healthcare and will begin to find a new primary care physician so I get out of access healthcare altogether… 7. Companies shouldn’t let disgruntled employees chase off patients.

HCA Florida Oak Hill Womens Health - Nature Coast Medical Pavilion - Cortez Suite 223 - Brooksville Kim Whitaker: I have been seeing Cheryl Collito for over 18 years and she is wonderful! Patient, kind, caring, you wont get a better mid-wife than her! The entire office staff is loving and caring. The office is clean, well decorated, and the receptionists are well informed and kind. I have never encountered a rude individual in this entire office. I like the fact that they are confidential as well. I would HIGHLY recommend.

Springbrook Hospital - Brooksville Howard Boras: I went in voluntarily and was taken care of. The nurses are very helpful and I was even given a shave. The food is fantastic and I met a lot of interesting people. A tech suggested that I write a book called "the no name book" regarding my visits to mental hospitals. So you get smoke breaks and you can also visit the recreational room. I was able to decompress and reset my mental clock. The facility is very clean and I saw a pest control guy spraying the area so there is no need to worry about that. All in all its just another brick in the wall.

BayCare Behavioral Health- Brooksville - Brooksville Purple Flame: ok lets talk about the doctor did not get rid about the affects that making me prevent to sleep. i had a phosphene eye so google it up then. i dont want to take that medicine because its gonna get worse. like bruh why my parents making me turning into karen and now i am not exist anymore or either a karen stoles my soul. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT GO TO THIS BAYCARE CENTER! ITS DANGEROUS! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT HAVE BUNCH OF 5 STARS!

Care One of Florida - Brooksville JAV JAV: Great experience with the team. The girl at the front desk wasn’t very forthcoming she didn’t greet me and when I asked her questions she seemed a little too “busy”. Everybody else was super great, love that everything is digital. The checkin nurse was very nice and seemed caring. The Dr was fantastic she was very nice and explained everything well and she even apologized for having to take an emergency during our session and explained that she would be back. The Dr seemed very caring and showed concern and listened very well.

This is the second encounter I’ve had with the Dr. and every time he is a chill, calm, understanding human. He also gave amazing insight to my son. As long as we live in Florida, we will be going to this office.

For every veteran on here, the above numbers are some very important numbers to call if you’ve been mistreated or not got the care you deserve and are seeking. Believe me, they will get you what you deserve, very, very quickly. Been in the VA system since 2013 and this specific location for a couple years. I never found it necessary to call OIG or The White House Va Hotline on any location in the 11 years I’ve used the VA. I’ve called probably 5 times on this facility in the last year alone because that’s the only way to get these folks to do the job they’re paid to do. And every time, either OIG or the White House Va Hotline has had a desired result by the next day (literally).

All Family Primary Care - Brooksville Rachale M. Goodell: I am a new patient to the practice and I’m seen for medication management. One visit and it completely changed my life! I was with another behavioral health provider for 2 years due to my insurance and limited providers in the area and was ready to give up on finding a new/decent provider. I am beyond thankful I gave this practice a try. Kelly was nothing short of professional, understanding, and knowledgeable. She actually listened to my needs and met them.
