I took full advantage of customizing my in office experience with a blanket and weighted eye mask. Dr. Yu was gentle and took great care when examining my teeth. She was able to fit me for my Invisalign retainers correctly, whereas my previous dentist couldn’t. I’m excited to return to this office in a few months for my cleaning and teeth whitening. I was many years overdue for a visit, but Haley handled my cleaning like a total pro. She made sure I was comfortable with each step of the process, and kept checking in to see how I was doing. The whole office is great, and everyone is so polite, friendly, and patient—It really does feel like going to the spa.

I was able to get in the next morning just a few hours after my incident. I had two teeth extracted with a bone graft and stitches, and it was by far the easiest experience I’ve ever had. I usually have a lot of anxiety going to dentist, but David made it super smooth and relaxing of an experience. Just came back for a stitch removal two weeks later after my emergency dental surgery. It was also a smooth ride. I will be seeing him back in a month for some more work. Highly recommend.

But please for the love of God, never come here for anything. Also heads up, your fillings will be falling out if you get work done here. The doctor is in and out of rooms every 30 seconds. Trust me I know mine already fell out.

I got a second opinion from a more reputable dentist in winter park and was told I just needed a few cavity fillings and a regular cleaning. They clearly only want to make money off you. The staff on more than one occasion was very unprofessional as well. Save yourself a poor experience and spend the money elsewhere.
