2 /5 All things Christy: Is unbelievable the waiting time in this place just to sit and talk with a Dr. Im speechless and angry about spending my whole afternoon here and never got called. I arrived at 11:58 am. My appointment was set for 1:00 pm and left at 3:50 pm without been seen by the doctor. Breast Cancer Center. Awful waiting time. Will find a better place to proceed with my checkups.

5 /5 Lisa Scott: Food here is very good and full of flavor. I am a patient from out of town and I am so impressed. The portions are generous and service is top notch. The nutritionalist have great info about the food they provide and take pride in our feedback. I just had to share my experience and hope this helps. From a very well feed and happy patient, keep up the good work. I feel the staff and chefs really want to get the patients health improved by proving excellent food and service. Thanks so much

1 /5 Anthony Handy: This is the worst hospital in the history of Miami Florida. The nurses are very rude and inconsiderate of their patients the doctors are no better then the nurses. My experiences with them I’ll never go to Jackson hospital ever again, I’ll rather DIE before I go there again. Jackson hospital need to do a more thoroughly conduction who they hire to represent their company and their brand. As of now I will never attend Jackson Memorial Hospital ever again. Thank you for your time and you have a pleasant day.

5 /5 Hadiiya Barbel: This hospital was the most caring and professional that I’ve ever experienced. The doctors and the staff were always very helpful and smiling and supportive. The nurses were extremely loving which helped me heal even faster from the two emergency surgeries that I had. I highly recommend this hospital as I believe that it changes my life.

University Of Miami Hospital - Miami Erik Carney: I can not say enough nice things about the people I interacted with at this hospital. They were patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Also, the hospital itself is top notch. I just had a surgery there on Friday and my experience was phenomenal! From the check in through the checkout I was amazed at how wonderful these people are. I am so grateful that I am no longer in pain and if I ever need hospital services again I will be going to Jackson memorial. Thank you all for your kindness and support!!

UHealth Tower - Miami Danielle Wright: I was referred here to the vascular team to address some cysts i had near arteries that prevented me from even being able to drive. My surgery was successful. The entire staff was amazing. I had to stay in the hospital for 2 days. The entire staff was extremely caring and attentive. They constantly have called and checked in on me and been very responsive to all my concerns.

Hialeah Hospital - Hialeah Clarilin Padilla: Horrible Experience – Negligence and Mistreatment at Hialeah Hospital If I could give this hospital zero stars, I would. My sister went to Hialeah Hospital in a severely compromised state—she was extremely dehydrated, unable to walk, struggling to breathe, and experiencing severe cramps, vomiting, and dizziness. Instead of prioritizing her urgent medical needs, the staff immediately began questioning her about drug use, forcing her to take a urine test despite her clear symptoms of dehydration and stomach flu. They then falsely accused her of cannabis abuse, even though she had not used cannabis in over three weeks. Rather than focusing on treating her obvious dehydration, they left her in a hallway for an extended period because the hospital rooms supposedly had no air conditioning—an absolutely unacceptable and unsafe environment for a medical facility. Despite her deteriorating condition, they refused to administer IV fluids for an unnecessarily long time, leaving her barely conscious and unable to hold a conversation. She repeatedly begged for medical attention before they finally gave her an IV, which immediately improved her condition—proving that dehydration was the real issue all along. This hospital is an absolute disgrace. Their negligence, lack of compassion, and failure to provide immediate care to a patient in distress are appalling. The fact that they prioritized false accusations over proper treatment is unacceptable. I will be escalating this matter to corporate because no one should have to endure this kind of mistreatment when seeking medical help. Avoid this hospital at all costs.

Carreras Medical Center Hialeah, Florida - Hialeah Janette G: Dr. Carreras is a great provider! He cares about his patients, and asks all the right questions. He’s obtains sufficient information in order to assist with current symptoms, conditions, etc. I would definitely recommend him as a PCP.

From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed and cared for. The registration process was seamless and efficient. The front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles, making me feel at ease immediately. They took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring that I understood everything without feeling rushed. It was evident that they genuinely cared about making my experience as stress-free as possible. When it came time for my surgery, I was very nervous, but the surgical team was nothing short of exceptional. They introduced themselves, explained the procedure in detail, and answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Their professionalism and expertise shone through, and I felt confident that I was in great hands. The anesthesiologist took the time to reassure me, which helped to calm my nerves even further. Post-surgery, I was transferred to a comfortable recovery room where the nursing care truly stood out. The nurses at Larkin Community Hospital were like angels in scrubs. They were attentive, compassionate, and always checked in on me to ensure I was comfortable and managing my pain. Each nurse took the time to listen to my concerns and provided thorough explanations about my recovery process. Their genuine kindness made a world of difference during a vulnerable time. The facilities themselves were immaculate, with a calming atmosphere that helped make my stay even more pleasant. The food was surprisingly good, and I appreciated the variety of options available. It was refreshing to have tasty meals that contributed to my overall comfort while recovering. Overall, my experience at Larkin Community Hospital Palm Springs campus was exceptional. The combination of outstanding medical care, a warm and welcoming environment, and a dedicated staff made my two-day stay as comfortable as possible. I left feeling not only physically better but also uplifted by the kindness I received. I wholeheartedly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of care. Hialeah Hospital Emergency Room - Hialeah J. Dub: Dont go here. I wouldnt take my enemy here. I arrived in terrible pain and was told by security that I had to move my car from a parking spot. I got out and asked her to please get me help I was in pain. She said she would get someone I sat on a curb for 5 minutes nobody came I decided to make my way to the hospital bent over in pain. They asked for my ID I handed them my phone my ID is in my phone case and asked could they get it for me they said no I had to do it. It was 5 people standing around laughing and not one of them could assist me. Finally get to triage and she had no empathy or compassion. Im crying in pain with my 2 young kids with me who are scared. She was nasty with me because I couldnt sit still for the blood pressure because I was hurting. She finally leads me to the room. She walks quickly ahead of me offers no assistance no wheel chair. She hands me a cup and tells me I need to pee in it I told her Im on a lot of pain and it would be really hard as I could barely stand. I mustered up enough strength to pee in the cup and left the hospital. I cant believe how this place treats sick people. I was in so much pain I thought I was going to die but I refused to die there. Thankfully another hospital took care of me.
