4 /5 Cindy Solders: Memorial hospital sure has some exceptionally outstanding employees. The ones that I had contact with were. Physical therapy Caitlyn ,Alissa , Taylor and Ian P. Thank you for the birthday balloon and cupcakes that you took the time in your busy day to go get me. Nurses were Chris , Cheryl and future nurse Donnisha that will be making an extraordinary nurse and a great asset to any hospital lucky enough to have her as an employee. I hope Im not forgetting anyone. And of course Dr. El-Bahri who did my surgery , and also his team of very friendly and professional people. Thank all of you for making my trip to Memorial a very pleasant experience. Cindy Souders

1 /5 Mercia P: If I can give them a zero I would. I had never felt so humiliated and embarrassed as I was at memorial hospital. The radiology/imaging department can do with some training on how treat/interact with patients. I had a horrible experience. I had a very sensitive MRI scheduled and I was already embarrassed and felt so nervous about the test and the techs didnt make it any better they were not treating me with the necessary Courtesy. It would have made this testing a little bit less painful, easier and less uncomfortable. Instead of making faces and look like I was an inconvenience for them to perform the necessary testing that needed to be done. I will not recommend the imaging department at Memorial Hospital at all to anyone.

1 /5 Home Preservation: My mom took my dad to Jackson Memorial Hospital to check if he had a stroke. Although he didnt, they insisted on keeping him there, falsely claiming he couldnt swallow or eat. Then, they suggested sending him to hospice care, all to cash in on insurance. The hospital is accused of deceiving patients for profit and warned to avoid it, as they endanger peoples lives.

1 /5 Brooklyn Cosby: Had a terrible experience last night at this hospital. Staff just seemed unprofessional, and out of everyone the front desk lady was the nicest and respectful, but the nurses were just overall rude and seemed like they didn’t care to help. If I have someone taking care of my physical well being, I want compassion and empathy not someone who seems to be dragging their feet and seems to just hate their life. ALSO, this hospital is disgusting. Waiting room stays trashed , bathrooms don’t seem to be sanitized, and they don’t even give you privacy whenever your name is called they ask you questions out in the waiting room in front of everyone.
