I believe it’s likely more worthwhile to give credit due- my truck runs reliably after service provided post purchase due to Mr.McGuire. I had not owned the used truck for an entire week before check engine alert. The dealer (rather than take a look themselves) sent me his direction. I’m aware “as is” -but not even 7 days from-a “family dealer”. All worth it in the end- You are much luckier to know the fixer than the seller, I guess! I also discovered a great seafood market (Kyle’s) with produce stand and bakery- right around the corner, I would not yet have known existed. All kinds of treasures around his neck of the woods - I’ll take it as a blessing in disguise! This was back in April- catching up on sending my Thank You note.

Very fair and reasonable pricing, they did not charge for anything other than what they did or try to scam me. The front desk personnel was incredibly sweet and they even dropped my car off to me at work when it was done since I did not have a ride until after they were closed. The mechanics were knowledgeable and fair and I will be returning for anything related to my car.

Josh Chaiken: Had an oil change done there, they were super nice and the and helpful and got it done pretty quick while I waited which was nice. My only criticism is it was a little pricey for a basic oil change, it’s even less expensive at the dealership but I understand and I like to support local businesses anyway. Will probably go back to them if I need anything else, being super friendly and honest goes a lot further than just the price. Thanks for fitting me in and getting it done quick.

DAYANAND Maharaj: Excellent and professional service from owner Shaun Tipton, Will and all mechanics at Velocity. They solve any technical issues and stand by their work. Velocity commissioned a full rebuild of my 2006 Porsche Cayman S. Engine increased from a 3.4L to 3.8L. The rebuilt engine in now bulletproof. I highly recommend! I had my second oil change after engine rebuild. The engine is powerful and perfect. My car is turning heads! I am a Velocity customer for life.

We called and ,first of all, these were the first mobile mechanics to answer and say they would help. They went to AutoZone, arranged to have us pay for a new alternator and then rolled up and replaced it in 30 min. Super nice, smiling the whole time. Very professional. Wonderful experience! We were beyond impressed. I wish I could give them 12/5 stars!

Anna Malone: After my car was towed here following an accident, I discovered all of my personal belongings had been stolen from the vehicle by the driver of the tow truck. The front desk employee promised to follow up but never did, despite multiple attempts to contact her. Two weeks later, I was told my car had been sold at auction without any notice. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was denied access to any further information. I am pursuing legal action due to the theft and mishandling of my property. This business needs to be shut down.
