1 /5 Kimberly Reynolds: I have been using this shop for years and have sent people to this shop. My experience on June 4th was to say the least "disappointing". When I called and scheduled appointment I specifically asked if shop could handle adjustable ball joints, I was told "yes we can". This shop apparently (after yesterdays experience) cant. 1. Your shop had to "figure out what to charge extra to do proper alignment". Not told to me when I made appointment. 2. If a tire shop that does alignments cant do adjustable ball joints (not to mention the lack knowledge your alignment staff had of how adjustable ball joints work) then maybe dont mislead customers that they can do it. I dont do this as a living and have a basic understanding of how they work at least. 3. This has totally blown my confidence in this shop and staff. 4. I feel I was lied to when I made the appointment, and grossly overcharged (was charged an extra hour on top of alignment cost, but only took about 15 minutes) for the staff having to take time to formulate a plan of action to solve the staffs lack of knowledge. 5. Your shop has joined the mentality of corporate owned franchises in my book. All about profit and screw the customer.

5 /5 Dorothy Adams: Great team of service techs. My parents (now deceased) and I have relied on Parker Tire & Auto Service for many years, always as satisfied customers. Each customer is treated with respect and given the details of the repair needed and costs in advance of doing any work. The Parker Tire team is friendly and professional. I would like to give special shout-outs to Chuck and James who both have helped me recently with regular car maintenance and needed repairs. Again, it is always done in a friendly, respectful and professional manner. You wont know if you dont try this team of auto techs. 5 /5 Brad Busch: Excellent experience from start to finish! Customer service from the guys at the front desk is superb. Extremely friendly and welcoming. Snacks, coffee, and water available while you wait. They aligned my oversized tires on my lifted truck without extra fees and complaints, like almost all tire chain stores do. Goodbye…Tires Plus, Tire Kingdom, Mavis…I will continue to drive 30 miles from another county to Parker Tire.

5 /5 Rop Dan “Renegade”: Made an appointment with Chuck to figure out a growling sound in the front right corner of my car. The day of my appointment the service tech took the car out for a test drive. He determined that I had a bad wheel bearing and additionally suggested that I replace some worn struts. Their price although not cheap was reasonable. The work was completed the same day. No more growling and the car feels tight like a new vehicle. Chuck kept me informed of progress and called me when it was done. The whole operation appears very professional , from clean floors to uniformed personnel. I most certainly would recommend Parker Tire for automotive work.
