1 /5 Kimberly Reynolds: I have been using this shop for years and have sent people to this shop. My experience on June 4th was to say the least "disappointing".
When I called and scheduled appointment I specifically asked if shop could handle adjustable ball joints, I was told "yes we can". This shop apparently (after yesterdays experience) cant.
1. Your shop had to "figure out what to charge extra to do proper alignment". Not told to me when I made appointment.
2. If a tire shop that does alignments cant do adjustable ball joints (not to mention the lack knowledge your alignment staff had of how adjustable ball joints work) then maybe dont mislead customers that they can do it. I dont do this as a living and have a basic understanding of how they work at least.
3. This has totally blown my confidence in this shop and staff.
4. I feel I was lied to when I made the appointment, and grossly overcharged (was charged an extra hour on top of alignment cost, but only took about 15 minutes) for the staff having to take time to formulate a plan of action to solve the staffs lack of knowledge.
5. Your shop has joined the mentality of corporate owned franchises in my book. All about profit and screw the customer.
