After an exhaustive search, I discovered Long Water Dental Care practice through a social media platform. I decided to take a chance and called the medical dental practice. Upon calling, I was met with a lovely welcome and proactive team member who quickly answered my questions including those involving existing medical coverage. My first impression was very positive over the phone. The appointment email reminders and text messages were so helpful. Upon my visiting the practice for the first time, I was further blown away. Every single individual who I encountered was highly professional, highly skilled, competent, helpful, patient and kind. I can only say this. When I was actively employed as a School Building Leader, I always told my office team, I want to make sure every person who walks in through our school home doors must feel welcomed like if they were visiting the Tiffanys store on Fifth Avenue, NYC...5-Star Service ONLY. Well, Long Water Dental Care, you made me feel like I was visiting Tiffanys on Fifth Avenue today.
