1 /5 Tori Cole: Awful, lady hung up on me 3 times and would not give me her name or allow me to speak to her manager. All I needed was her to fax over a simple paper so my son can start school and she was incapable of doing such a simple task.

1 /5 Kriseven Hildinger: Terrible service. Went twice and they just LOST my kids new records and I need to do it all again and they told me to come back there one they and when I did the manager wasnt there. Horrific disorganized.

AdventHealth Ocala - Ocala chosenoneholy1: Great hospital, employees(Nirses) pretty friendly. Out of all the hospitals I have to say is our number one choice. The only complaint that I have is that, we waited way to long for a room. People shouldn’t have to wait hours to get a room/admitted. I FEEL LIKE THEY WANTED THE CLOCK TO RUN FOR BILLING PURPOSE, ADMIN AND WHOEVER MAKES THE DECISIONS INCLUDING DR’s. Be honest and quicker on getting your patients into a room for emergency and upstairs when they are admitted, THANK YOU!! PS: I WOULD HAVE GIVEN 5 stars but there’s too much time wasted!

Marion County Hospital District - Ocala Rochelle Greiner: The MCHD was kind enough to lend their workspace to us for a leadership retreat. Not only was their hospitality excellent, the space was beautiful and had everything we needed for a successful event. The day was perfect from start to end and staff actually helped us throughout the day and during cleanup! What great partners!

HCA Florida West Marion Hospital Emergency Room - Ocala Cassandra Morris: Terrible hospital. Theres no communication between the staff, the doctors and correctly relaying information to the patient. No general surgeon on Friday. No MRI texts on the weekend. They knowingly were understaffed and could not perform medical capabilities. Convinced me to stay when I easily could have been transferred to another hospital to get everything taken care of. Instead my stays been dragged out over 3 days with little progress. Would definitely suggest never going to this hospital. Im sure now Ill receive a generic response from the hospital. Read through the rest of the reviews and every other one is a one star and a poor review

HCA Florida West Marion Hospital - Ocala Troy Deaton: They were all very nice. You got me in very quickly and explained anything I wanted to know to me very well. I seen the doctor very rapidly. Hey talk with me not at me. It was my second time going to that hospital and I would recommend it to anyone. It was my second time Im going there since I moved to Florida. And I would recommend it to anyone and I will always go there if I have an emergency arise

Florida Department of Health in Marion County - Ocala Wesley Holiday: Had to cancel a WIc appointment because my wife was hospitalized because of her pregnancy. Was told to call back as soon as baby was born and released we did. They schedule us for 6 weeks later (not happy but understandable) 1week before the appointment they call and cancel it saying they will be closed that day and rescheduled us over 100 days later. I called to try to get us the formula and a special shake for our toddler benefits at least been hung up on 3 times before ever getting to talk to someone waited a combined 5 hours on those 3 calls.
