His assistant Sarah was so wonderful. She makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. The ladies at the front desk were so kind and accommodating. It is the first time that I enjoyed going to a dental care office. It was a fun place to be. When is the last time you felt like that going to the dentist? I highly recommend this fabulous group of fun and happy people!!!!

Everyone from the receptionist, do the dental assistant, to the dentist himself was very understanding. But the hygienist? She was absolutely wonderful. Very gentle touch, she made sure to not hurt me at all, and was incredibly patient. Im absolutely coming back! Highly recommend!

Ideal Dental South Jacksonville - Jacksonville Gerald Davis: I had a filing come out. I hadnt been to a dentist in a long time. Ideal Dental was close by where I live. They were very pleasant and professional.
They made it an enjoyable visit. They even helped me understand a tooth sensitivity issue with another tooth.
I am very happy to have found them. From the receptionist, to the tech staff, to the dentist, all were very nice.
I look forward to going back regularly now.

I don’t usually say this about the dentist, but my visit here was genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at any medical office. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The entire office is beautiful, clean, and well-organized — you can tell they really care about their space and their patients.
Every team member I met, including Wanda, Jack, Rod, and Carlos, was kind, compassionate, and thorough. I especially appreciated how honest and transparent Dr. Jack was with me. He walked me through everything that actually needed to be done without pushing unnecessary treatments, which is so refreshing in this industry.
They stayed on schedule, explained everything clearly, and made me feel supported and informed throughout the entire process. I’m so excited to move forward with my treatment plan knowing I’m in such good hands. I can’t recommend this office enough!
Greenberg Dental & Orthodontics - Jacksonville Devine Bodytreats: Horrible customer service, staff never gave after care instructions/paperwork for procedure for my child, never met the dentist, front desk loud and rude hung up phone in my face, never told me i was done with appointment had me waiting for hours in lobby for nothing and just kept laughing loud at the desk.
Lifestyle Dental at The Town Center - Jacksonville Alyssia Laurent: New OWNER!!! GREAT EXPERIENCE. I had previously written a poor review as my experience with this office had been extremely negative for nearly a year. HOWEVER this is now owned by a new dentist, Trevor Miller. And he was nothing but professional, courteous, helpful, and listened well to my dental concerns as well as my previous experience and I believe fully that this will turn out to be a thriving practice that cares well for the patients in his care. I am staying put with this office under his care.

Jacksonville Emergency & Family Dental Care - Jacksonville KENNETH SESSION: Great Dental office with friendly staff and warm office environment! Very quick service and attention to details regarding my appointment! All forms were online, so I was about to pre-fill all my information before the visit. The office had all the latest dental equipment which made me feel secure! The cost was a little higher than the average dental office, but the quality was excellent! I would rather pay more for better care and service!
