1 /5 Brynn McAllister: 10/27 around 9:30 I was all checked in at the walk in clinic bc I was having a high temp the day before and a bad mucus cough. I’m a teacher and we have had a lot of kids go home with high fevers and cough and none was positive for the flu. I wanted to make sure it was nothing serious or coming from my chest/lungs and if so earlier the better. I was tested for Covid, RSV and the Flu and was told it would take about an hour or so for the results to come in and I would receive a call in about an hour or so. I never take those words seriously and granite they were busy even though I was out by 11. Around 2:30 my fever spiked out of nowhere and I still haven’t heard anything so I gave a quick call around 3 ish and was told verbatim “If we don’t call that means we don’t have results so that’s why you didn’t receive a call but let me check”. The test was still being processed! Finally around 4:30 I checked the MyChart and the results were posted which I tested positive for one of the three tests. Today 10/28 around 11:30 I receive a call, the voicemail had stated my results came in and to check the MyChart and see the drs recommendation. It concerns me bc I was the only young adult in there and the rest were elderly adults. And the nurse was very judgmental when it came to two questions she had to ask which I understand. But she was asking questions that were going into too much detail which from experience with drs and ER visits and urgent cares, that was never the case. The dr was great and the wait wasn’t too bad. If I could recommend a good urgent care, it’s Jupiter Medical in Stuart! who were unfortunately closed on Sunday

5 /5 Kathy Petrorio: Very good experience. Front desk staffed with 3 people so no waiting when you walk in. Waiting room chairs very spaced out so don’t have to sit too close to anyone. After checking in, had to wait almost an hour, but that was manageable. Went into exam room. Saw the first nurse who does the vitals and gets info on why we were there, etc. After she left, X-ray tech came in a few minutes later and too my husband for an X-ray. Doctor came not a minute after they took husband to xray. X-ray took less than 5 minutes. Doc came back in as soon as husband was back from X-ray. She was great. Energetic and positive and thorough and knowledgeable. Spent an appropriate amount of time with him, wrote up prescriptions and we were on our way. Excellent experience.

1 /5 N M: I would avoid this place. Providers are useless. I brought my kid here with fever and told her we were traveling within a week. Test her for every thing. She doesnt, two days later my child tests positive for flu. We lost three days when we could have started on Tamiflu.

5 /5 Cindy Kummer: I havent had to use the clinic in a few years. I went in with shingles and he said I looked too sick with the high fever to just have shingles. Im an RN and thought he was crazy to have me do a urine specimen as I had no symptoms. He was completely right and treated me. He was the kindest doctor. Those that are saying negative comments makes me wonder what they went on there asking for! The staff and receptionist were wonderful. Now Im taking care of my elderly parents and Im sure my mother has a UTI and cant get in to her doc. Im heading to the clinic as I know she will get exceptional care. I highly recommend this clinic.

2 /5 B F: Went into walk in on Kanner Highway in Stuart with flu like symptoms in Early August. When I checked in they asked me on a covid list if I had any of the symptoms related and I met all but 2. The nurse practitioner I saw was excellent. Tremendous bedside manner and very knowledgeable. She diagnosed me with a sinus infection, which I somewhat understand. But I am giving constructive criticism here when I go back to the symptoms I provided when I checked in….and that I had many of the symptoms that are associated with today’s covid virus and I had to REQUEST that a covid test be done. I ended up testing POSITIVE for Covid and was notified via email that I was positive. My further criticism would be what If I had NOT asked for a covid test….to take it further….What if I hadn’t read my email!? NO ONE called me to let me know that I was positive and to take it one last point more I would say …..NO ONE ever checked in with me to see how I WAS DOING after I had tested positive with symptoms. Overall, I am VERY disappointed with Cleveland Clinic Urgent Care on Kanner Highway in Stuart. Again, the ANRP that I saw had great personality and was knowledgeable…..it was their inadequate decision making and their lack there of of follow up and caring that garnered a very low and disappointing review for me and my family. I’m not sure I will go back there again.

Baptist Health South Miami Hospital - Miami Alessandra Visconti Gonzalez: From registration to the nurses, and doctors who cared for me for my surgical procedure, they were all so soothing and wonderful! No anxiety because I felt safe and so cared for. Gave birth to all three of my babies there over 25 years ago. South Miami Hospital is top notch. Grateful to everyone who cared for me. Especially my new uro- gynecologist, Dr. Rafael Perez!!! He sent me home sans feeling any pain from my surgery! Dr. Rafael Perez was Very highly recommended to me and I am highly recommending him to anyone else interested in finding a specialist for all gynecological needs. Also, very good bedside manners as well!

It felt like I was being pampered the entire time. Every detail was thought out to ensure I was comfortable and supported. I can’t thank the staff enough for making this such a positive and memorable experience. If you’re considering where to deliver, I cannot recommend Mercy Hospital enough! Five stars all the way!

I had an exceptional experience at Baptist health Doctors Hospital in Miami. While traveling from California to Key West, i suddenly felt hill with a fever, headache and chills. After checking reviews, my daughter and i decided to go to this hospital, and it was the best decision we could have made. From the moment I arrived, I was taken in without any delay and placed in a clean well-equipped room. The medical team wasted no time running various tests, and I immediately felt well cared for by a team of professionals. The doctors a nurses, all in their 30s and early 40s, were not only highly skilled but also compassionate and attentive. The level of service was outstanding-efficient, thorough, and caring. Within three hours, I left the hospital fever-free and feeling significantly better. The prompt and effective treatment made all the difference. This is, without a doubt, the best hospital i have ever been to. If I ever need medical care in Miami again, i wouldnt hesitate to return. Highly recommend!

Baptist Health South Florida - Miami Simona Aquaro: In the past few days I had the “pleasure” to visit the Baptist three times. First two times in homestead the other one on Kendal drive. I came in for an emergency! That’s why I went to the ER and not in the waiting room of a doctor. I spent so many hours in the ER without no reasons. Today I’m still at the hospital. Came in at 11 am. They only did one blood test around 12 pm. After that I’ve been just waiting and waiting for one simple medication. It is now 8 pm and nothing. No nurse know anything!!! They all seem that they don’t know shit! I don’t even know what’s their job here. Walking around taking blood pressure I guess! It is ridiculous waiting so long since I came in for an EMERGENCY!!!!! What kind of emergency have you wait a full day?????? What happens if I get worse while waiting???? Who do I sue??? This is just ridiculous!!! Don’t ever come for emergency to the Baptist!

Miami VA Medical Center - Miami brandyn richardson: This is not a single experience, it’s an ongoing trend. If you are trying to get in contact with anyone over the phone, god speed. Spent the last 3 hours being transferred around to everyone but the individuals I needed. If you press 0 they offer little to no help and everyone else leaves you on hold until you hang up and call again. You have better luck going in person to get anything done. No only that but when you wait two months for a video appointment the individual does not show up, your appointment will get rescheduled without notice to you, and then you only find out that it was rescheduled when the appointment was canceled. Select Specialty Hospital - Miami - Miami Janette Garcia: Please do not hesitate to have a loved one transferred to Select Specialty Hospital Miami. There comes a time in life where one needs to make difficult decisions for your loved ones and choosing this hospital was one of the easiest processes for me. I have encountered my share of personnel in the medical industry and the admissions department at Select Miami made this the smoothest and most stress free for me. My loved one was transferred from Jackson South within 4 hours of receiving the RX for transfer. His room was accommodated immediately, and I was called the minute he arrived and informed on his state of being. Communication is so important, and I cannot stress enough that we all live hectic lives, and unfortunately cannot be at a hospital 24-7, but here at Select Specialty Hospital Miami communication happens on a daily and was and has been top key. Not to mention you can call and are treated with care and compassion, theres patience over the phone to exchange information on the patient, which in many hospitals this case is very different. I would like to take the time to mention accouple of people that made an impact for me, and I apologize for not knowing some of the titles, Charge Nurse Yashira, Celso, Doris, Nurses Station Xuchil and Isa, The CNAs who do their job with a smile asking if theres anything else they can do to accommodate the patient and the family, Odalys, Ana, & Katia. The physical therapy team who takes the time to explain and repeat themselves on range of motion importance. The Doctors compassionate way of explaining what process will work better for the patient and exactly what will be done in his favor. Ivan & Grace from respiratory taking their time on always making sure the bipap machine is working to the patients needs and comfort. An employee gentleman named Danny would pass by just to conversate with my loved one to say hello and how was his day going. I havent received or seen this level of care or human connection in any other hospital he has been at since February. You see the care from the beginning with admissions to the date of arrival and the during process time of stay at the hospital. Everything flows from day one. I cannot stress enough that the staff is amazing, and we are all very pleased with the level of care. Thank you and God Bless all of you.
