5 /5 Claudia Jaramillo: From the moment we arrived, my husband and I felt well taken care of. Their warm atmosphere in the office made us feel like we were in good hands. During the medical visit, they explained everything to us step by step and in detail. All the front desk staff and the doctor, together with her husband, made us feel at home, minimizing our stress. I would return again and again! The service was excellent and very Professional. We recommend it! God bless you.

1 /5 Dante Lee: Worst experience ever went their for a refill on a medication I usually get from my primary doctor for allergies was told it was a controlled substance which is lie because it is an antihistamine! Then they couldn’t even prescribe any medication to substitute it . When they did prescribe me one it was an OTC medicine that I had to pay for . If that was the case I could have just gotten it myself from local store and saved my self a 70$ doctors visit also had to wait over 5days for them to send prescription after calling multiple days in a row very frustrating and not professional I wouldn’t advise anyone to go there .

They took the time to thoroughly explain my diagnosis and treatment options, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Their attention to detail and genuine care for my well-being was evident. The office staff (Thomas and Yaritza) was equally impressive. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. The front desk staff were efficient and organized, handling all of my paperwork quickly and with a smile. The nursing staff were kind and attentive, making sure I was comfortable during my wait and answering any questions I had. Overall, my experience at Dr. Melendez office was outstanding. I felt well taken care of by both the doctor and the entire team. I highly recommend Dr. Melendez and their staff to anyone in need of quality medical care.

Celeste Montalvo: Receptionists are rude and unprofessional. Doctor is only concerned with insurance payments and not concerned with patient care. My grandmother has been seeing him for years and receiving facet joint injections with absolutely no relief and if anything it got worse. She’s still in alot of pain, he’s not even a certified anesthesiologist and doesn’t provide pain relief or care about his patients. His bedside manners are like a wet mop, needs to go back to medical school. This place needs to be shut down, luckily my grandmother has found a good doctor thanks to my mother Evelyn Naranjo and now she’s getting the pain relief that she needs.

Cristina Chambers: Took my Daughter to Centra Care yesterday. Nobody really wants to go to the doctor, but I have to say that Izzy at the front desk , made all the difference. It was nice to learn that we can still count on friendly and compassionate individuals. She was very friendly, caring and yet professional. She made us feel special and not only another patient! Brandon C.: Theres a sign in the office that says a new patient appointment is 1 hr MINIMUM, meaning you’ll be sitting in the back room for 1 hour before you even get to see the doctor. I waited over 1 hr, and then saw the doctor for no more than 3 minutes. He was extremely rude to me; he snapped at me and interrupted me when I was trying to explain my symptoms and bloodwork. He literally had his back to me the entire time before I was rushed out of there. It was a demoralizing experience. I turned down a second appointment.

Chuck: OPTUM KISSIMMEE THE STAFF AND DR. VEGA AND THE OTHE PHYSICIANS THAT WE SEE OCCASIONALLY When necessary are all wonderful. Dr. Vega is our PCP and he is so knowledgeable about all my health issues and my wifes also. He is very up on best medications he has controlled my wifes blood pressure with adjustment if medication that has worked when nothing else did. Both my wife and I enjoy the family atmosphere that is displayed by all the staff that we deal with. Thank you for everything Dr. Vega and your team.

I recommend this place and these doctors. The service is excellent from the receptionists to the medical assistants. Dr. Johnson is excellent as well. I would give them 10 stars if possible.

zulmi shafaat: I wish I could give no star to this doctor and clinic. I arrived at this location thirty minutes before my appointment time. First I had a hard time finding parking. It took me 15 minutes just to find a parking spot which was a distance from this location. When I got there the receptionist informed me that the doctor was not in the office but he would be there shortly. I didnt say anything and started to complete my visit forms. There were a couple put patients waiting in the room. A few minutes later a nurse walked out of the office and informed another patient that the doctor still had not arrived and she had no idea what time he would be in. I asked the receptionist that please not charge my insurance and informed her that I was leaving. The nurse started to ask the reason for leaving and expected me to wait for the doctor by saying that my appointment was at 2 pm and the doctor would be there. I responded that there were still patients waiting before me. There was no apology. The attitude was like if I have to wait regardless.

The second time canceled, I had already arrived to the office to check in, and they told me I’d have to reschedule because I was only a preventive screening, and their technologist had made an appointment. They said they’d called and left me a voicemail, but they absolutely did not. In fact I’d received two text messages, including one that morning, confirming my appointments. They do not value your time, and it was a terrible experience trying to schedule with them this past year for my standard women’s care.

The nurse gave directions to stay, then when the patient didnt understand, she sat down and talked about how people dont listen. Staff were on their phones and eating at the desk, which probably adds to the ants. Ive seen bad va clinics but this was disgraceful. Why have doors for employees safety if they are not used?
