2 /5 Juneka Roswell: This salon dropped the ball. In summary, I had an afternoon appointment with the Braider. First my appointment was pushed back 1 hour, which was communicated. Then, I arrived at my appointment time, wait 30 minutes and leave. It is very disrespectful of my time to arrive more than 30 minutes late and not communicate that to the client. Another stylist offered to wash my hair while we wait. But I declined because I already waited 30 minutes and was very upset. I gave 2 stars because the salon is very clean, quiet and organized and pricing for styling is affordable.
