Both took their time talking to me and making me feel comfortable before beginning the procedure. If your nervous going to the dentist I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs!

The staff at the front desk, Kelly and Kayla have a special way of making your visit personalized, comfortable, and stress-free. The calming sounds and beautiful aesthetics make it a welcoming environment as well. Valencia immediately put me at ease with her calm and sweet demeanor. The most impressive part of my visit was Dr. Evelyn taking the time to show me problem areas on my x-rays and kindly explaining how to continue to care for my teeth. Thank you for making my first visit a great experience!

5 /5 Caren Davis: Chose this place randomly because of ratings. But seemed too good to be true. NOT AT ALL! They are RIGHT ON. Dr. and all staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Went above what any Dr office has ever been. Dr. himself called to check on me also. I highly recommend! Thankful to have found a place that truley cares!

The Smile Mission - Ocala - Ocala Carla Katz: If you are looking for a great dentist, don’t think further and visit The Smile mission. I had a tooth extraction a few months ago and yesterday I went for the implant and couldn’t be more thankful and happy about the results. All the staff and Doctor Michael Urbina are professionals who know what they are doing. They treat you with respect, and something to bear in mind is that they are more affordable than any other dentist in Ocala. I still have to get the crown done in a few more months (the last part of the dental treatment), but so far, so good! I highly recommend them.
