5 /5 wendy chastain: I have been going here regularly for pain management and physical therapy. The care I have received has been excellent. The best part is that my doctor and physical therapist really listen to me about the paths I want to take in my care. That is really important to me. I hate taking medication to manage long term / Chronic pain and they care about trying to help me with other options. I am not sure about the other reviews, it seems there is some confusion with the Saint Cloud Hospital and the Saint Cloud Orlando Health Medical Pavilion. Its not a hospital, it is located near the hospital.

2 /5 Josmari Rivera: I was lost on my first date. The cleaning staff very kindly helped me get to the office. I think they should have a doorman or security officer at the entrance. 4-12-24 I cant believe that for laboratory results I have to go through a medical record request process within the hospital. And that they did not give me that information before my medical appointment. The process is too long and complicated. Only identity confirmation should be enough to print some papers.

1 /5 Katty Almonte: Wasn’t feeling good and went to the walking clinic here in St. Cloud at 11:30 there was no other patient in the waiting area, the front staff is telling me that she can make me an appointment for 2:00 because they are going to lunch. Uhhh??? It says waking clinic, they have only one doctor working there?? no one can cover when one goes to lunch the other one take care patient?? Need more staff or better coordination. Then I decide to go to the next one they have in Kissimme, it was open but the doctor is not going to be there for a week, so nobody was able to take care of me .

1 /5 Juan rosa: Stay away from this place!! My daughter was hospitalized with asthma and nurses were complaining that she was coughing too much. HELLO IDIOTS IS A HOSPITAL. NEXT TIME I RATHER DRIVE ALL THE WAY TO ADVENTHEALTH ORLANDO WERE PEOPLE ARE DECENT AND COMPASIONATE, AND ARE COMPETENT.
