I was impressed of their honesty and professionalism. The diagnostic was explained (computer reading shown) and a breakdown of cost was shown as well. I felt comfortable that they were being honest with their diagnostic. I’ve had bad experiences, 3 to be exact before coming to Rothe’s so I know what I am talking about. They never pushy to make me have the repair done with them. But they exactly determined what the issue was. Luckily the issue is a recall with the vehicle’s maker (Mike, with Rothe’s even told me). So I didn’t have to have Rothe’s do the repair work. That’s how honest they are. God bless you guys and keep getting more referrals as they are a very reliable repair shop. I will definitely continue doing business with them.
