1 /5 Val: Horrible experience, while Dr Sievert himself is a great doctor, whoever is answering the phone has a nasty and hostile actitud! A simple call for a reschedule appointment ended up on her screaming and being straight up rude, questioning and judging PERSONAL reasons as to why the appointment was missed, this situation when on for two different calls with months in between. Hopefully she’ll find a job that’ll suit her, because customer service is not it.

1 /5 Jamie Steffen: This office does not deserve any stars, but had to highlight at least one to post this!!! The women who answers the phone, Julie, has consecutively been extremely rude every time I have called to make an appointment!! Would not be an office where I would take my son, who is a type 1 diabetic. Its hard enough dealing with this terrible disease much less a B...H like her! Not only do they make you wait months in advance for an appointment, you are treated very poorly on the telephone .. Found another Dr. immediately who would see us the next day and a pleasant staff who truly cares !

5 /5 Sherry Ferreira: After working with Dr Sievert for 10 years at the hospital, I was confident he was able to help me manage my pituitary condition. Hes extremely knowledgeable, empathetic and listens to his patients. His office staff has been accommodating to me and whatever I need, Dr Sievert and his staff takes care of it. Hands down 1 of the best Broward Health physicians.

1 /5 Gregory Oldberg: Dr. Sievert ordered labs and 2 types of ultrasounds of my liver because previous labs indicated a potential problem. I got the results via the patient portal over a month ago and the liver scan shows compensated advanced chronic liver disease yet I have not heard a thing from his office. I have called repeatedly with no response. I hand delivered copies of all my test results to his office 2 days ago and still no response. I called today and finally got a warm body on the line and told her what was going on, she checked with Sieverts nurse, Linda, and Linda said I already have an appointment in September and I can wait until then to talk to them! My primary care physician read all my test results and he said If I dont take Ozempic (which I cannot afford) I probably have about 5 yrs. to live. Thanks for nothing Dr. Sievert!

Julia in the front office is outstanding; caring, efficient, and a great problem -solver. All staff are good.

Dr. Angela Keon - Punta Gorda Sabrina Salt: Horrible Drs office!! I am 14 weeks pregnant, already an established patient and they refuse to give me a referral to an OBGYN! They claim the reason was for a "no show" appointment that I never knew about and never got notified of. They claim that appointment was in July and was to go over some lab work I did. Well I never did any lab work until August so how does that make sense? I am currently having medical issues that can put my pregnancy at risk and need to see an OB and they refuse to give me a referral. MEDICAL MALPRACTICE! They have messed up prior to this as well... When I went to quest to get labs done they said I would have to pay out of pocket if I wanted to get them done since the Dr did not give them any codes. I called and waited over 1.5 hours for codes before leaving quest. This delayed lab work since I had to go back a different day. I took time off of work for this. Prior to this they gave me a referral to a different OB office and did not send them the referral in time and I would have had to pay out of pocket $500+ for the first ultrasound. I specifically asked them on my Monday appointment at Dr Keons office if my referral will be ready by Thursday since that was when my scheduled OB visit was and they said yes. I drove an hour away from home to that appointment and was told they didnt get the referral yet. Thankfully my appointment was a little delayed and they were able to get them the referral before I was seen so it worked out but I would have had to pay out of pocket if not. Very stressful. The worst part is that the 1 visit I had at this practice, I absolutely loved Dr Keon and her nurse. They did not rush me, answered all my questions and everything went fine. The problem and all the mistakes are coming from the receptionist. Horrible customer service, they never answer the phone, have to call multiple times and days to get ahold of them. She even hung up on me when I shared my concern for my pregnancy because of them not giving me a referral. Told me I had to see the Dr and first appointment was in January.... Im pregnant and having medical issues... I cannot wait 3 months for a referral. The doctor just saw me 3-4 months ago she is legally allowed to write me a referral. Receptionist also refused to let me speak to the Dr.
