Before going to Coast Dentist we called to see if they accepted my aunts insurance. They said they did.
She has a molar infection, they took tons of xrays, She was told she needed to remove her molar. They quoted $7000 and then they told her insurance didnt cover it (after she was told they did). She cannot afford that.
They never gave her a price to remove the molar, they did not give her something for her pain, they did not give her anything for her infection, they did not care about her well being.
WHEN does removing a molar cost $7000???
She is an at risk patient, she has heart issues. They lied about the insurance covering her and now there is nothing she can do until Monday. She is in pain and her heart is at risk. All they needed to do was remove her molar...she is still in tons of pain.
Folks, the cost for a simple extraction of a molar goes from $130-550. NOT $7000.
At one time I had been tempted to use them, from their ads that I receive weekly from them. With this experience with my poor, beloved aunt, I will never use them. They have no conscience and they do not care about people. They lured her in, telling her the insurance covered her and once she was in their (claws) offices, they changed the story. I am distraught for my aunt.
Beware.

The dentist and dental hygienist were not only highly skilled but also took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. It was, hands down, the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I’m so glad I found this place—definitely earned every one of these five stars!

I went in when they opened at 7:00am explaining all my tooth problems and current emergency. Mary at the front desk is wonderful getting me in immediately. The cost of all my procedures is way out of my or anyone elses budget. She told me about the discount account they offered. I got discounted prices on everything and an credit limit to help thru it all. I was so relaxed I fell asleep during a root canal! Everyone is great there but Mary went above and beyond for me and my situation. I recommend all Greenberg Dental locations. My children are patients of an Orlando office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient, and I hardly had to wait at all (I did have to take time off work so it was in the middle of the day, but thats common for other doctors appointments). They’d already verified my insurance, and they clearly explained the upfront costs so there were no surprises. The oral surgeon and the staff made sure I understood every step of my procedure, and their thorough explanations really put me at ease. They asked if I had any questions, which I did and they answered them all. Ive been to other clinics where they assume they know best and start treating you. With the complete process, I was in and out within two hours and back on the road before traffic. I had a follow-up appointment and everything was healing perfectly. Im glad I did some research before selecting this office. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking top-notch oral surgery care.

Apex Endodontic Studio - Kissimmee Brenda Goudeau: I would highly recommend Dr Douglas and the Apex team. She made time for me in an urgent situation. She was able to assess what needed to be done. She had me wait until some inflammation had subsided (to keep the necessary pain to a minimum) and then she did a great job on my root canal. Great staff. Prepared me each step for what was coming next. If you need an Endodontist, she is the BEST.
