Milton Animal Hospital - Milton TincanlivingCo: Love Milton Animal Hospital. Had our first visit with our rescue puppy Gypsy. Dr. Mills was wonderful, answering all my questions. They are affordable too! Very lovely and friendly staff! Jay Hospital - Jay Chris Johnson: Went to the ER 12/15/24 after a fall the night before. I could not walk. Severely pulled groin muscle and broken clavicle. They had to help me into wheel chair and then park my truck. After 2 hours and 2 x-rays the "orthopedic nurse", she called herself, told me nothing was broken. Verbatim-"I have to wait on radiologist but I do not put a lot of stock in them." They gave a 15 Ibuprofens and sent me home. They had to wheel me out to truck and help me in so I could drive home. Fast forward 2 weeks- After lying there suffering for 2 weeks I went to Sacred Heart where they immediately diagnosed me with broken clavicle. I finally got some relief from my suffering after two of the longest weeks ever. So they misdiagnosed me, and then sent me a bill. I brought this up to Ms Laura Nowling their Clinical manager. I told Ms Nowling of my situation and gave them a chance to rescind the bill. They chose not to and doubled down on their misdiagnosis and said the clavicle was not fractured. This place is pitiful at best! Santa Rosa Medical Group - Family Medicine - Dogwood - Milton Cindy Boyer: I have had multiple problems with this place on several occasions. Its almost impossible to see a Dr or Np here. The staff near have no clue what is going on, they are rude and very uninformed, full of excuses and uncooperative. The call center is a joke. Sarasota Memorial Hospital - Sarasota William E. Battles III: From the directions on how to prepare for my MRI to the reception at the facility to being greeted by the Technician Mike, through the procedure and wrap up it was a very pleasant and thorough experience obviously by very competent people. I’m an Engineer and after the MRI I had a bunch of questions to Mike on the necessary of the noise and he took the time to update me on the Machines and the various types and further impressed me with his time. I provided my address 5 different times on the new patient forms & after I left the ofc I noticed my address from 7 yrs ago was on my paperwork. The young man at the registration desk did not verify my address to what was in the system after my forms were returned to him with my current information. I do not know where he accessed my 7 yr old address.
Not efficient registration by him after I filled out all the forms with current information.
The Dr. Was Great!! He removed wax successfully from both ears.

Charron: WARNING***** if you were referred to this office by your PCP or insurance company read this first****Last week, my mother had an appointment with this cardiologist. My mother had an EKG done at the office that made her look like a medical anomaly, and the Doctor never questioned whether the EKG was done Correctly, Instead he proceeded to have my mom do bloodwork and chest x-ray, and schedule an echo, it seemed that he wanted the EKG to be abnormal so he could justify billing the insurance company for all the extra stuff. I wonder how many people have been, taken advantage of or are being put on medication they don’t need to be put on. The following day I went to a Carespot Urgent Care to get a repeat EKG. The EKG came out normal. The reason the EKG came out normal is that they have the medical knowledge and the common sense to takeoff her Apple Watch, made her lay down and remove her bra before proceeding with an EKG. None of those things were done at this cardiologists office Jesse Johnson, MD - Lake Mary De Campbell: Outstanding patient assistance. Dr. Johnson is wonderful, top-notch physician. He’s super patient, very easy to speak with, honest and he educates you to help you with understanding any issues you may have, about medication, or with future care plans he may have for your health care with him. I have been seeing Dr. Johnson for over 25+ years, and I consider myself a lucky person to be one of his patients.
Dawn, Dr. Johnson’s MA, is very kind,. She makes you feel comfortable while offering a friendly demeanor as she sets the tone for a positive visit with Dr. Johnson.
The front office staff, Megan and Jacque are as sweet as you can ever have to receive you at a physician’s office. They are kind, welcoming, and friendly. I have also watched them work together and they are spot on a good team. These young ladies are the best Thank You All. Joseph F. Ragno, MD - Longwood jeanie daigle: I have been a patient of Dr. Ragno’s for several years. He has always been a very thourough, thoughtful and pleasant doctor. I’ve never had a long wait and if I’ve had to call in for an illness, I’ve always been seen quickly. I would recommend Dr. Ragno to anyone searching for a primary doctor.
