1 /5 Khalia Hinson: Me and mother walked in and sat down around @11:46am. We sat and waited our turn like everyone else. There was a young lady who was there before us she was sat in the pedicure chair. My mother then went and sat in the chair. As I am waiting to be sat and older lady walked in and said we was waiting on a friend. About 20 minutes later the lady then came in and said she wasnāt waiting on her friend anymore and she was then seated 5 minutes later. Mind you I am still waiting to be sat. Me and my mom then notified them that I am waiting and they continued to take the other lady in the chair. I proceeded to asked how much long because I had been here for an hour and someone who came in 20 minutes ago was sat before me I was then told 10 minutes. My mother said her pedicure experience wasnāt good AT ALL. Once my mother was done no one still came to see if I wanted to be serviced until another 10 minutes. Me and my mother ended up very unsatisfied.
