They eased my fears and were so patient with me. I highly recommend this urgent care as the doctors and nurses really care!!

1 /5 Andrew Whitley: Worst clinic ever. Went in for impacted ear wax,(right ear) was told they can take care of it. Clogged up my left ear, which I didnt have a problem with, then said that I need to go see an ENT because they dont have the equipment to get the wax out. After taking $150. Makes sense now why they took the money before doing the work. Bunch of thieves.

5 /5 Craig Teller: While visiting Brooksville at Croom Motorsports, I suddenly came down with the flu. I headed to Total Care Plus, and they saw me right away. Within 25 minutes of walking in, my prescriptions were already sent to the Publix across the street. I picked up my medicine and was on my way. The staff was fantastic—quick, friendly, and efficient!

The staff is always very caring and friendly. Definitely recommend this urgent care for your urgently needed medical needs.

1 /5 P. Rivka (Rivka): Facility charged me an extra $50 for a urinalysis because me telling the Nurse Practitioner what my symptoms are wasnt good enough. The urinalysis was inconclusive, so the Nurse would not prescribe the antibiotic that I need for a common UTI. Instead of treatment, the Nurse suggested I buy more tests. Now Im out $125 for absolutely nothing and I have to go to another doctor. I am hopping mad. Its my fault, actually, because I came here before and had a mediocre experience at best. I wrote it off to the clinic being new, but they are using the same broken equipment from last year. Dont come here.

Access Health Care Physicians, LLC - Aaron Denson, MD - Brooksville Venessa Glass: If you know me my grandmother is the most important person in my life besides my kids. I am a nurse who has experience with Interventional radiology and I work with many oncology patients. Prior to our first appointment I went in with a plan and no physician was gonna change my mind! I wasn’t gonna let just anyone care for her especially something so important. I was very hesitant to trust Dr Denson at first and looking back I will admit I didn’t go easy on him. Each appointment I came with my list of questions and he always took the time to answer them and put me at ease. Now, I am referring some of my other loved ones to his care. I still reach out to him just to let him know how great my grandma is doing today. He has the heart and compassion that is needed for this field. I appreciate his honesty and how straight he was with my family. He truly allowed our family to be a part of her care every step of the way. He respected our opinions and everything we asked of him. My grandmother is 86 years old and frail. Our plan was to just keep her comfortable and allow her to enjoy her family for however long God would allow. Without treatment we were looking at best 6 months. We have surpassed that with his treatment plan and she is doing great. We know we are on Gods borrowed time but any day with her is a great day. We never expected Dr Denson to perform miracles but just to care for her like he would his own family and I have no doubt that he did that 100 percent. Dr Denson didn’t waste anytime in starting her treatments and consulting someone who specialized in Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma to provide the best plan. I respect a physician who goes beyond himself to do what is right for the patient. There were some small mishaps during our time there that were out of his control but he always stepped up and made sure it was corrected. He fought for my grandmothers care and treatment and even advised us when we needed to re-evaluate her insurance. Changing her insurance made the difference in the care she received. Dr Denson is highly recommended by me not only as a family member but as a nurse. My grandmother and family are beyond greatful for the additional time my grandmother has had with us and how well she is doing today. We are still here making memories thanks to Dr Denson. HCA Florida Trinity Hospital - Trinity Tabitha Wong: I have ongoing health issues so I am here often. The staff is of great quality. I have had some of the most amazing nurses here. Regardless of the drive I pass other hospitals to get here. This is my hospital of choice out of the 8 Ive been in, in this state! I always get my own room and privacy. I get good quality care. The food is actually very good. I am very grateful to have found this place.

HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital - Hudson John Harason: Ive been a patient many times here. And all that I can say is that this hospital and especially the staff really go beyond the great service that they provide. Making your stay as comfortable as possible. They will in some cases go beyond their duties to make you feel at home. Their input and output processing is just fantastic. The rooms are kept spotless, the lobby is relaxing to the eye, ( gives you the feeling like a resort ) and the reception process is rather quick. If you have to choose a hospital, choose Bayonet Point.

Access Health Care Physicians, LLC - Qahtan Abdul Fattah, MD - Brooksville J 2: 1. You call the number on the website and the recording tells you that they don’t answer the phone and to text. 2. You will get a return text from Lisa who says that she has added you to her list and will call you back. 3. Lisa randomly calls you back and leaves a snarky message about you not answering and tells you to call back the same number that they don’t answer and you can’t leave a message. 4. I message Lisa back 34 hours ago and Lisa still hasn’t responded. 5. I message Lisa asking to escalate to someone that can actually help me as I am disabled and need help. 6. I will no longer deal with Access healthcare and will begin to find a new primary care physician so I get out of access healthcare altogether… 7. Companies shouldn’t let disgruntled employees chase off patients.

HCA Florida Oak Hill Womens Health - Nature Coast Medical Pavilion - Cortez Suite 223 - Brooksville Kim Whitaker: I have been seeing Cheryl Collito for over 18 years and she is wonderful! Patient, kind, caring, you wont get a better mid-wife than her! The entire office staff is loving and caring. The office is clean, well decorated, and the receptionists are well informed and kind. I have never encountered a rude individual in this entire office. I like the fact that they are confidential as well. I would HIGHLY recommend.

Springbrook Hospital - Brooksville Howard Boras: I went in voluntarily and was taken care of. The nurses are very helpful and I was even given a shave. The food is fantastic and I met a lot of interesting people. A tech suggested that I write a book called "the no name book" regarding my visits to mental hospitals. So you get smoke breaks and you can also visit the recreational room. I was able to decompress and reset my mental clock. The facility is very clean and I saw a pest control guy spraying the area so there is no need to worry about that. All in all its just another brick in the wall.

BayCare Behavioral Health- Brooksville - Brooksville Purple Flame: ok lets talk about the doctor did not get rid about the affects that making me prevent to sleep. i had a phosphene eye so google it up then. i dont want to take that medicine because its gonna get worse. like bruh why my parents making me turning into karen and now i am not exist anymore or either a karen stoles my soul. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT GO TO THIS BAYCARE CENTER! ITS DANGEROUS! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT HAVE BUNCH OF 5 STARS!

Care One of Florida - Brooksville JAV JAV: Great experience with the team. The girl at the front desk wasn’t very forthcoming she didn’t greet me and when I asked her questions she seemed a little too “busy”. Everybody else was super great, love that everything is digital. The checkin nurse was very nice and seemed caring. The Dr was fantastic she was very nice and explained everything well and she even apologized for having to take an emergency during our session and explained that she would be back. The Dr seemed very caring and showed concern and listened very well.
