1 /5 Shaquasha Hood: The worst Hospital EVER! The 2 girls in the E.R that does the patient intake had bad attitudes, rude and unprofessional. They made jokes amongst each other and laughed in my face due to me getting a little irritated that Ive been there going on 10 hours and there where about 5 to 6 people that came in long after me that got seen before me. This hospital is a joke, I came to the E.R for chest pains, and been having migraines for over 3 weeks straight. I was there for 10 hours before a doctor seen me. The doctor was very unconcerned and dismissive. Then ordered to take my blood, which had nothing to do with why i was there. I left there feeling like they took me for a joke and I will NOT ever step foot in this sorry excuse for a hospital again.

1 /5 C M: Overwhelmed, floors were dirty, smells like urine in the hallways, nurses in the trauma unit laughing and making fun of patients and what happened to them. Pathetic and no compassion for the patients

1 /5 John Hollis: ER was a nightmare!!There was no privacy curtain, overcrowded and unsanitary .There was an empty bed next to me with bloody sheets for hours. Crazy people screaming, sneezing ,criminals that were escorted by police. I felt like I was in a third world hospital. What a nightmare!!!Do not go there!!Why do paying customers have to endure this nightmare.

1 /5 Justin Brittain: I can’t believe the receptionist got an attitude for calling to check on my brother who was taken by ambulance. I was told it takes an hour to an hour and a half to get booked in. I waited that long and was yelled at for calling. You work at a hospital lady, have some god damn empathy you POS.

Immediate Medical Care - Jacksonville Sidney Voichahoske: Dr. Moosavi was very helpful in what I was going through mentally and physically. I was in and out quickly. But I’d like to say the front desk girl that was there when I was there, was VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. What I did not take kindly too was how she was treated here at this establishment. Me and my partner could hear Dr Moosavi berating and talking to this lovely girl like trash. All she was doing was asking questions, which she should be able to without being made to feel stupid. I forgot my water bottle and came back, when I came in to get it she was crying. There is no acceptable reason you should be making your employees cry. Especially making them feel bad in THEIR OWN WORKPLACE!!. You wouldn’t treat a patient like this, so don’t treat your staff like this. This broke my heart as someone that has been made to feel this way before in a work environment. DO BETTER!!!

Baptist Primary Care - Regency - Jacksonville Terrie Robbins: This was my first experience meeting Dr. Oum as my new primary care physician. I am overly sensitive to environment and meeting new people, but this experience put me at ease. I think its going to be a good fit for me. My previous physician transferred to a practice in St. Augustine. I loved her, but thats too far for me to travel for doctors visits.

UF Health | Womens Specialists - Jacksonville - Jacksonville Carrie: Accompanied son/girlfriend for first OB appointment. Have been a nurse for 36 years. Wasnt sure what to expect based on current google reviews, but I was impressed with all who we encountered from the check-in desk to nurse assistant/phlebotomist, coordinator, and nurse. All were professional, caring, and gave unhurried care. Thank you for giving us confidence that the baby will be in good hands.

Baptist Primary Care - St. Johns Bluff - Jacksonville Diana Plaaten: Dr Lindsay is a fantastic doctor who really takes her time and has a very holistic perspective on caring for ourselves. Special mention as well to medical assistant Pat who is the best sticker I’ve ever had and the only person I trust to draw my blood.

Nemours Childrens Health, Jacksonville - Jacksonville Alexis Bogosian, DVM: Our newborn was diagnosed with congenital hypothyroidism so we were referred to Nemours to see Dr. Benson. Our entire experience was wonderful. Parking was easy, front desk staff was pleasant and kind, and Dr. Benson was compassionate and put our minds at ease. I am happy to have such an educated and caring team for our new baby.

Duval County Health Department - Jacksonville Anxhela Kocii: I honestly have never met such an amazing group of people. Everyone is so nice and welcoming and funny and make me feel so at ease. The nurses and staff are truly great at both sides of this building. I can understand the phone service is not good but just go in person you’ll get amazing service.

UF Health Jacksonville Emergency Room - Jacksonville Chris Lovett: My wife had open heart surgery here, and the medical staff was amazing. The top team in the country. The support staff is another story. No need for the high level of security. Some of the other support staff need some training. The food in the dining area is always changing to give you a variety to choose from.

She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly take the time to listen to their patients. I always feel heard and well cared for during every visit. Her thorough approach and attention to detail give me complete confidence in my healthcare. I highly recommend Dr. Ricci to anyone looking for a dedicated and trustworthy doctor!

University of Florida College of Medicine – Jacksonville - Jacksonville ChristyColbertOwens: Heres an update for you 1 year later........READY????? On the day of my appt, I was told by his nurse to stay home until I hear from her. Next thing I know I was receiving a call from Dr Blunck & this man yelled & screamed at me blaming me because I wasnt there & I wasted his time & I would have to reschedule with one of his associates. I was so upset & yes I cried because he blamed me for not being there when actually it was his nurse who said to stay home until I hear back from her. I never returned. I went & saw a surgeon @ UF Health North & my surgery went well & a year later Im doing just fine. My recent appt with Dr Hans Blunck, UF Gastro Surgeon @ UF Health, was awesome. Actually, from the moment me & my son walked thru the Faculty Clinic doors for my appt, the staff was very personable with excellent customer service. Once I was checked in on the 2nd floor, I was immediately taken back to an exam room, vitals & history were taken & within 5 mins Dr Blunck walked in He greeted me with a friendly attitude & hand shake. He was patient, understanding, took his time & didnt rush me. I highly recommend Dr Hans Blunck to anybody who needs to have their gallbladder removed. Ill post an updated review once the surgery is completed.

Baptist Neurology Group - Downtown Campus - Jacksonville Jen Polk: I have seen Dr Riggeal since 2020 and he is by far has provided the most thorough care. I am an individual with complex neurological issues and his care has been invaluable. The entire office staff, especially his assistants Joni/Aaron, are top notch administratively! Highly recommend.
