1 /5 shelley gogan: I would not recommend USF TGH ENT office. They are absolutely terrible at communication. You cannot call the office directly and they do not communicate through TGH my chart. I had to leave the practice for another doctor because the communication was so bad. My care was delayed because Dr. Eng staff was so bad at communication.

1 /5 Travis K: Since the office is part of a hospital, I was diligent to ask questions before due to the stories in the news about hospital billing. I was told the billing would be a regular appointment. Doctor was nice, but they surprise billed me. $1000 for a simple office visit, 400+ payable by me to talk about allergies, look at my nose for a minute or so and write me a prescription for Flonase which I could have gotten OTC. Customer service after the visit was not helpful either (billing, scheduling, patient care advocacy). Not a great experience

Bruce Youdontneedtoknow: I have tried to use USF as my primary source of medical care for several years, and was doing well. I will never visit the internal medicine department there again. That was due to a interaction with Dr. Popvotsky who leads the internal medicine department.. I wont go into details, but the level of disrespect I was shown was "off the charts". I have had no issues with any other Dr. there until this occured. No matter what name you select there, they are all working under him to the best of of my knowledge, and he will be involved in your visit. Use the resources there, but select another Dr. Out of the USF system for primary care.

Suzanne Gallagher: If I could give them negative stars I would. As a new patient never having been to the office, the directions took me to the other side of the building for my 7:30 am appt. All the doors are locked and they dont answer the phones until 8:30. After having someone on the other side of the building tell me where the office was, when I got inside they refused to see me because I was wasnt in the office by the appointment time. Having taken the time off from work for this and already waited 4 months for this appointment, now I cant get another one for another 7 months, no thanks, Ill find another doctor. What a way to welcome new patients. If this is your policy 1. how about answering your phone during your office hours, 2. you should explain this to patients when scheduling the appointment, 3. upgrade your signage so it is more directive for patients. But per usual, your time is way more valuable than anyone elses. Not very welcoming or reassuring that you are of any value or importance as a patient to this practice.

Tina Mass1022: First time visiting this facility. Have been given the run around by the staff having me call insurance for a list of covered medications. I called the pharmacy because I told they should have given me something that was compatible with the script and covered by insurance. Pharmacist said oh no we don’t do that. We leave the script writing up to the doctor. I call the insurance, the customer service rep tells me she can’t do that because she is not a doctor. Meanwhile the doctor’s office is telling me I have to do my own research to find what is compatible with what was prescribed. I don’t have the physical script. I’m not a doctor to remember what the prescription was. It’s not something I have been taking. I call the doctor’s office back for them to tell me it will be 72 hours if I receive a response. This ordeal took an hour & 40 minutes. I wish people would actually do the job they’re paid to do. I do everything I can for my client’s. Time to find a new doctor for the new doctor. This was a waste of time & $$.

Reckless Messiah: The particular medical professionals I dealt with, I think it was a PA, and the nurse were beyond incredible. I’ve never had medical treatment go so well. I was beyond positively surprised! Excellent people too, not just good at their jobs. 10/10 experience amazing staff! The PA and nurse made me feel safe, and they were friendly, and absolutely nailed their roles and duties. Again, never had treatment that was so pleasant ANYWHERE! And I wasn’t there for a sore throat. I got shots and stitches and they just did the best job calming my nerves and doing the most painless procedure.
