I can’t stand when stylists double-book—it makes the experience feel rushed and unprofessional. My haircut lasted about 12 minutes, and someone else washed my hair. I even asked for a blow-dry, but it felt like an inconvenience rather than a standard part of the service.
When I got home and took off my shirt, I realized my entire head area was still covered in hair—clearly, no effort was made to clean me up properly.
What really annoyed me was when Lorenay told another stylist, “Ask him if he wants any product, and he’s good to go.” That felt dismissive, like I was just being pushed out the door. A good haircut is priceless, but customer service matters just as much. I heard from a coworker that this place was one of the best, but based on my experience, I strongly disagree. I won’t be coming back.
