1 /5 george sommerer: Not sure where the patient info comes from, or how up-to-date it is, but recently asked about "experience" at cardiovascular rehab that supposedly took place 2 days ago. My husband (the subject of the survey) passed away almost a year ago. Having them ask about his "recent experience" was so insensitive and rude! I found it unnerving to receive this email. Certainly hope they did not submit an insurance claim for rehab session that could not have taken place.
