5 /5 Elizabeth Winslow: Excellent service! We were visiting from out of town, and the day before our intended departure, our Honda went rogue and locked up on us - unable to drive. To make matters more challenging, this was on a Saturday when few shops are open, and we needed to head home on Sunday - when no repair shops are open. We are so grateful to have found Mr. Ford (thanks to the much needed help from Bill’s Towing), who could tell we needed a swift repair. He was able to diagnose the cause in moments, and went out of his way to get it fixed before our Sunday departure - like a repair angel! A Christmas miracle, if you will.
On top of that, his prices were fair and he was an absolute delight to meet.
Had he not helped us out, we would have been stranded in Fernandina, with our two dogs, and at the mercy of time.
I cannot recommend, or thank, him enough. A true gem.
