From the friendly, knowledgeable person who answered the first phone call to the various staff members I saw at my appointment, everyone was courteous, professional and skilled. I was respected by all and never subjected to a hard sell, or pushed to take treatments I did not need or want. I am very pleased.

Shout out to being such a great person and doctor and thank you for giving the easiest experience possible under all circumstances.

5 /5 Gaby R: This was single handedly one of the best experiences Ive ever had at any dental office. The entire staff was kind and funny, putting me to ease almost immediately. I was seen quickly after checking in, and before leaving, they helped me come up with an affordable payment plan. 10/10 would recommend to anyone with dental anxiety as they help you feel comfortable and safe.

4 /5 L.E. O.: Booking an appointment: super easy! However, waited over 1 hour, by then, they tell me they are closing and I cant see the dentist, Ill have to make another appointment!!! I started telling them that my time is as valuable as theirs and they shouldnt book more appointments then they can handle. They eventually let me talk to an actual dentist, he was very kind and after listening to my valid point, he agreed to stay and take care of my issue. If it was not for the kindness of Dr. Mo, I would not go back.

1 /5 Kelly Norton: Before you leave a review for this office, I Would encourage you to wait until you are through with the entire process. Out the gate, they were great. Then they get your money and that insurance payment and after that it was all downhill. My temporary dentures fell off my bathroom counter and broke. My wife called and was told no worries. It’s under warranty bring them in and we will fix them. She brought them in. They said they would not fix them. She was told by the receptionist I believe Serena is her name that when the dentist came in later that afternoon, someone would call her back. This was on a Monday. My wife waited with no phone call and called on Wednesday to follow up and see what could be done. This office has canceled multiple appointments on me. One while I was literally sitting in the waiting room. The other the day before no notice. Not everyone is retired. Some people have to get approval to take time off of work and it’s a process.. My wife called prior to my last appointment because I urged her to call and make sure that my appointment would not be canceled again. The office manager, Jen… Very friendly out the gate I remind you. Thought this was some type of debate. You do not speak over your clients who have paid you a lot of money and you have left unsatisfied, then try to dispute or argue at some point. Sorry, very unprofessional. She also told my wife that she would be giving us a gift card. Of course we never received that either.. Who knows what it would’ve been for I don’t know honestly. My teeth again have broken in the meantime. Because they will not fix them I have used gorilla glue. This is no joke. I’m sorry but when you’re paying for teeth that are just shy of $10,000 they should not be breaking this easily. I am seriously concerned about what the final product is going to be. Buyer beware…. The technicians behind the scene are great. But the product and the front office leaves much to be desired. Very disappointing and would not recommend this office.
