Larkin Community Hospital Palm Springs Campus (Hialeah) - Hialeah Antolin Ruiz: I recently had the pleasure of spending two days at Larkin Community Hospitals Palm Springs campus, and I can honestly say it was one of the most positive healthcare experiences Ive ever had. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed and cared for.
The registration process was seamless and efficient. The front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles, making me feel at ease immediately. They took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring that I understood everything without feeling rushed. It was evident that they genuinely cared about making my experience as stress-free as possible.
When it came time for my surgery, I was very nervous, but the surgical team was nothing short of exceptional. They introduced themselves, explained the procedure in detail, and answered all my questions with patience and kindness. I arrived in terrible pain and was told by security that I had to move my car from a parking spot. I got out and asked her to please get me help I was in pain. She said she would get someone I sat on a curb for 5 minutes nobody came I decided to make my way to the hospital bent over in pain. They asked for my ID I handed them my phone my ID is in my phone case and asked could they get it for me they said no I had to do it. It was 5 people standing around laughing and not one of them could assist me. Finally get to triage and she had no empathy or compassion. Im crying in pain with my 2 young kids with me who are scared. She was nasty with me because I couldnt sit still for the blood pressure because I was hurting. She finally leads me to the room. She walks quickly ahead of me offers no assistance no wheel chair. She hands me a cup and tells me I need to pee in it I told her Im on a lot of pain and it would be really hard as I could barely stand. I mustered up enough strength to pee in the cup and left the hospital. I cant believe how this place treats sick people. I was in so much pain I thought I was going to die but I refused to die there. Thankfully another hospital took care of me. Palmetto General Hospital - Hialeah Yami Yami: Having surgery at Palmetto General hospital has been a great experience. At first, I was very skeptical because of the reputation but they proved me wrong. The staff from same day surgery was very family oriented and made us feel like home. The doctors and nurses kept my husband updated throughout the day and the manager herself walked him personally to the recovery suit. She was a sweet heart and made sure we both had moment of privacy after a long day of surgery. It feels good to see some passionate people there. Thank you all for making this experience great Casablanca Medical Hialeah - Hialeah Michelle Houellemont: I had an outstanding experience at Casablanca Medical. The entire staff was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful from start to finish. The reception area was clean and comfortable, which helped ease my anxiety about visiting the doctor.

Doctors Medical Centers - Miami Louise P: Dr Charles is the best everyone should go to her. she listens shes explain. I love it. Im 30 years old that was the best experience I ever had with a doctor. Paradisus Medical Center - Hialeah Yanina Avila: I do not recommend this place at all. My husband and I missed a day of work to go to an appointment. I had an appointment at 4:00 pm. After waiting until 5:30 pm, the owner told me that the device they were going to put on me had expired. I made my appointment a week in advance. Dont waste your time. Leon Medical Centers - West Hialeah - Hialeah Mg Red: This place is the worst medical institution ever, my mom had a surgery the pharmacy was supposed to deliver the pain medication (Percocet) in the afternoon at 6:00 pm they never called or knocked on the door, I called the center at 6:20 pm worried about not having the pain medication for my almost 80 years old mom who was in terrible pain, Leon Medical Center customer service who responded my call told me the PHARMACY closed at 6:00 pm and the delivery guy went to my house but nobody opened the door and he never called, they’re laying I was there all the time nobody came or called, since the pharmacy was closed they couldn’t do anything so my mom spent the night without pain medication they told me to bring her to an emergency hospital to get a new prescription for the Percocet, how inconsiderate they are with their patients, they did not help me Leon Medical Center do not care for patients. If you have an older parent do not trust this institution, something have to be done with the administration who allow to treat patients like garbage, they only care about billing the insurance since all of their patients are old with great the benefits.
