I had to spend the night with my mom cause she said they were so mean. I could hear people screaming all night and the nurses wouldn’t even check on the him. I feel bad cause I know there are some nice nurses there but overall I would never bring another family member there again nor recommend anyone to go to that place. Drive the extra miles to go to a better hospital

Maryann Merrill: I had a very good experience the other night in ER. The check in was super easy and we were taken back right away. The nursing staff and Dr were very professional. They were genuine in the compassion and care given. They listened to what we were saying and asked questions. They didnt try to run any unnecessary tests and addressed all our concerns. I wish I remembered the doctors name as she was the best doctor Ive seen in years. I want to also mention nurse Mel B and her coworker, they showed a lot of compassion and i felt they genuinely cared. I will definitely go back.

Jo Laughs: I would highly recommend this facility. Everyone is so kind starting with Nicole the receptionist to my nurses Heather and Beth and my Doctor, Dr.Saint. I adore them all. They make me feel like family. You are there for something serious but they make you feel at ease with humor and lots of laughter but extremely professional when it comes to treating your wound. If anyone is ever in a bad mood you couldn’t tell it because everyone wears a smile, I love that. A great Doctor and a great staff.

Chris Michaud: Worst hospital I’ve ever been to. 5 hours and still no answers and my wife came in with chest pains. If it wasn’t for MEL B we prob wouldn’t have been seen. Took 3.5-4 hours before we even saw a doctor. Our nurse went to another position, and told us new nurse would be taking care of us…guess what? She NEVER came in. I literally had to keep asking and asking and the only one who ever had answers was MEL B. Registration was in within 5 minutes. Get your money to pay for what? Staff? Lol charge more I guess, because it’s time for cleanup and hire people who want to work and care about their patients. We asked where a doctor was in mid issue and I was told they were doing shift change. Honestly I should be talking to a lawyer….shift change should be done in phases in an emergency room, McDonald’s doesn’t even do that… fire everyone in charge in management and put people with priorities in the correct order…patients, effective treatment plans and then money. But I’ll get the bill with no discounts for inconvenience or pure lack of patient care and job effectiveness.
