1 /5 Tamala: Family side trying to get a refill no luck. After weeks of calling for meds all of a sudden I now need an appointment to refill my meds. At first place was good it has gone down hill quickly. My meds you cant just go off of them... They are not controlled, I was told to return in one year. High cholesterol meds.? Cant make an appointment until December?? I will be back in the hospital by then. No compassion at all. Not sure what happened to the nice girls at the front desk?? I will have to pay an. Online Dr for refill and try to get an appointment. Totally ridiculous

5 /5 Elena Sokol: 5 stars only for doctors and medical staff. But if you want to call - forget it. ❗️You will never get through to them❗️ Its easier to come, but it takes me 40 minutes to get there... mess :(

1 /5 Ray wilson: Good luck getting ahold of anyone, they will never return your call, even if its important. Ive tried for 3 days now to get ahold of anyone, ANYONE, to refill my desperately needed prescription, I cant even get that. Now its too late, and I havent had my medicine in days. Still no call back. Im starting to freak out without my prescription and they do not care at all. Zero stars, zero effort on their part. Why do you even have a phone if it doesnt get answered? I guess I need a new doctors office asap. Disgusted with their service

From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and efficiency. The check-in process was seamless and the staff made me feel like a priority. The nurses were attentive, compassionate, and constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and informed. The doctor was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything in detail, which really put me at ease. The entire team worked quickly to address my medical issue, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire experience. The facility was clean, organized, and well-run, which only added to the sense of calm in what can be a stressful situation. Thank you to everyone at this ER for providing such top-notch care during a difficult time. You are truly heroes!

Manatee County Health Department: Bencie Jennifer MD - Bradenton Tori Cole: Awful, lady hung up on me 3 times and would not give me her name or allow me to speak to her manager. All I needed was her to fax over a simple paper so my son can start school and she was incapable of doing such a simple task.

Manatee Urgent Care - Bradenton Grimjawl 1: I made an appointment and they were 5 minutes late getting me in. After that, it was about 30 mins before the nurse came to take my blood pressure and temperature and another 10-15 before the doc finally saw me. The end results was fine, but the amount of time waiting seemed unnecessary. This was after the night before when I tried to get an appointment and the staff was rather rude.

From the time you walk into the office, the staff is quick and efficient. Wait times to see the doctor are within 5 minutes of your appointment. Dr. Cabrera takes the time to listen and is very concerned about my health. I would absolutely recommend Pinnacle Medical Group to anyone looking for a highly efficient and caring group of physicians and staff. 5++ stars.

AdventHealth Ocala - Ocala chosenoneholy1: Great hospital, employees(Nirses) pretty friendly. Out of all the hospitals I have to say is our number one choice. The only complaint that I have is that, we waited way to long for a room. People shouldn’t have to wait hours to get a room/admitted. I FEEL LIKE THEY WANTED THE CLOCK TO RUN FOR BILLING PURPOSE, ADMIN AND WHOEVER MAKES THE DECISIONS INCLUDING DR’s. Be honest and quicker on getting your patients into a room for emergency and upstairs when they are admitted, THANK YOU!! PS: I WOULD HAVE GIVEN 5 stars but there’s too much time wasted!

Marion County Hospital District - Ocala Rochelle Greiner: The MCHD was kind enough to lend their workspace to us for a leadership retreat. Not only was their hospitality excellent, the space was beautiful and had everything we needed for a successful event. The day was perfect from start to end and staff actually helped us throughout the day and during cleanup! What great partners!
