2 /5 Ana Dominguez: My daughter was seen for her annual dental exam yesterday, first time in the practice, they did around of 10 regular x-rays and one panoramic x-ray which is normal for a type of visit like that. She needs braces so we scheduled the appointment with the orthodontist for today taking advantage of her spring break. Dr. Valentin’s assistant, or the person in charge of taking the x-rays for him got upset when I asked if we needed to take more x-rays today for this appointment, very rude person, kept repeating over and over that this was a new visit with another doctor, which I completely understood since the beginning, my main concern was that we were radiating my daughter once again today and this girl not only was not listening what I was trying to ask but treating us rudely and answering back without addressing our concerns properly. The doctor was very good and the rest of the personal was nice but the blond lady taking the x-rays for him needs to realize where she works at and also get retrained on how to listen to clients in the medical field before talking over people like she knows your questions before you even answer. Some anger management classes would be helpful for her as well.
