5 /5 Ashley Lucas: I have to say that I felt so good and so relieved to have such an amazing experience as a new patient. For a long time I couldn’t get the help I needed and have been asking for. My sign in and paper work with front desk was a great experience. Speaking to nurse practitioner Lynch, she made me feel very comfortable and was so patient with me. She came up with a plan and then I was followed up with a visit with Dr. Korenblit who was also so kind, made me feel comfortable and took me serious. I’m really happy I made my decision to come here. It’s important to have a doctor I feel comfortable with, who cares about my health concerns, is professional and kind. I’m grateful thank you!

The Bartch Transplant House at Florida Hospital Orlando - Orlando Christina Powell: I had a pancreas and kidney transplant. Great place for recovery, clean, & inviting facility but management is rude. Manager didnt give welcoming vibe to me at all. Complained about my caregiver. My transplant Dr. advised i didnt need 24/7 caregiver but she asked me to leave anyway. I have to be driven an hour and 30 min. twice a week from Brooksville to Orlando. I feel targeted and disappointed. I hope you find more compassionate management in the near future.

Florida Otolaryngology Group, P.A. - Kissimmee Melly Mel: This was my first time visiting the practice and the visit went well. The front desk staff were very welcoming. I did all my paperwork online so I waited less than 5 minutes, the doctor seen me in less than 5 mins from once I got into the room. He was so nice and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and had an idea of what my issue was. After examination he confirmed his diagnosis. I felt comfortable and not rushed like some of these other doctors rush you in and out and don’t really care about your well being but I did not feel this way at all. I completely recommend the practice! Thank you!

Orlando Health Medical Pavilion - St. Cloud - St Cloud wendy chastain: I have been going here regularly for pain management and physical therapy. The care I have received has been excellent. The best part is that my doctor and physical therapist really listen to me about the paths I want to take in my care. That is really important to me. I hate taking medication to manage long term / Chronic pain and they care about trying to help me with other options. I am not sure about the other reviews, it seems there is some confusion with the Saint Cloud Hospital and the Saint Cloud Orlando Health Medical Pavilion. Its not a hospital, it is located near the hospital.

Buena Vista Urgent Care - Orlando Adriana Vela: horrible service!! I need my money back. I paid 75 usd for nothing, you didnt check my son at all, and gave a wrong diagnosis. You just check the blood pressure and the urine, both didnt make a swap for covid, for flu or check if it was pneumonia. Or check the ears…. My son had pneumonia not apendicitis as you thought without checking him. How you can give a result without exploring him? Please return my money back as soon as possible. Worst urgent care ever.

HCA Florida Hunters Creek Emergency - Orlando April Licup: I had a ankle fracture accident,when 11am ,we arrived asking for a wheelchair no one even help us to pick me in my car. Those security just doing their cellphones and chilling. People in front desk didn’t care about patient needs. They didnt help us assist to go bathroom knowing that i have a fractured leg, the ipad person we talk too sound sleepy and couldn’t understand what she saying, all docusign was not friendly user , all in all i had a very bad experience in this place.Worse ER i’ve ever been. Nice xray tech and Doctor though.

From the moment you call, the attention is excellent and when you arrive, they treat you with excellence, respect and kindness. The place is super clean and tidy. Dr. Ocampos attention is incredible. If you are thinking of taking care of your children here, DO NOT HESITATE ANYMORE! They will treat your children with respect and excellence.

Osceola Community Health Services at Intercession City - Kissimmee Alejandro Yamirie Campos: Very friendly environment! Everyone has great customer service from the receptionist Elaine (who is so friendly and accommodating) to all of the medical staff! The higienice did a great job with my family’s cleaning! Nemours Childrens Health, Osceola - Kissimmee Shea Newman: I’ve been coming to nemours for years! Usually the customer service is amazing and they’re quick with their patients. I came in as a walk in, to an empty office with the exception of a patient in one of 6 rooms they had. We came in for an xray for my daughter’s wrist, after waiting for an hour I asked how much longer the wait would be the RN asked what I was in the clinic for exactly; which surprised me seeing as we explained everything to the MA upon entering. I reiterated the reason for our visit and she said oh there is one patient ahead of you, I asked if they were also there for an xray. She stated ‘oh no they’re not, let me see if we can get you in for that xray’. She pointed to the RT who was sitting right next to her leaning back on her phone. I went back to my daughter in the room and within 10 minutes we got our xray and went back to our room thinking it’d be quick now. After 2 hours in the room we still had heard nothing regardless of getting a notification that her xray results were in (on the Nemours App). Huge waste of time with very little assistance from the staff and disappointment! Never coming to this location again!

Orlando Health St. Cloud Hospital Emergency Room - St Cloud Agnes Sepulveda: The moment I step in the lobby with my mother, the security officer was so helpful and compassionate. Helped her onto a wheelchair. The receptionist, nurses were exceptional, respectful and just happy people. I was dreading going but they all put us at ease and worked diligently. I would give a million starts! Top notch service!
