1 /5 Dennis Powell: I called on 3/6 and made an appointment to see Asharie Campbell and to get my teeth cleaned. My appointment was for 4/10 at 10:30. I arrived on 4/10 about 10:10 knowing I needed to do some paper work as this was my first visit. I was told to sit down and they would call me in a few minutes. I took a chair and waited for about 10 min. The waiting room was empty except for me. I went back up to the desk and asked if there was some paper work I needed to complete. The young lady said she thought my paper work was complete. I told her no this was my first visit. She checked her computer and said she did not see an appointment for me today. Then she asked me for my name....... First story----How could she know I did not have an appointment without knowing my name..... She then asked me for my appointment card. Again I told her I called them.... Second story-----She told me they had called and texted me on 4/4 cancelling my appointment due to the hygienist needing emergency surgery. I checked my phone, no calls/voice messages or texts from them. I do have a question though-How did the hygienist know she was having emergency surgery 6 days ahead of the surgery? There was no apology or let us reschedule all she said was they could still see me but I could not get my teeth cleaned. I left. The reason was because of the stories I was being told one after another to cover the first one up.

5 /5 Don Benna: I just had my first visit at circle City and had contact with several staff members there. They and Dr Campbell were extraordinarily patient, kind mannered and professional in their approach to address my dental needs. They gave me time to express my philosophy in regard to treatment that I need for the balance of my brief lifespan, since I will be 87 in a couple of weeks. The doctor was very kind and promised she would treat me as her grandfather, and address each need as it came up, because I have pretty sound teeth but its comprised of some bridge work and crowns that will need a close watch. And we will treat them as needed by quality work and as affordable as possible.

1 /5 Marlene Halopka: I am a newcomer to the area. Try to make an appointment with this dentist. You cannot do it unless you send your records to that location first when I did that I get an appointment and then it’s right after Christmas and then they call and cancel it saying oh we’re closed that day I make another appointment after waiting a month and a half And I was gone on vacation. I came back the next day and confirm my appointment and they said nope, you didn’t do it in time. Your appointment is canceled again so the next one you can get is it in another month and a half this is just a pile of bullshit. worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. I absolutely won. Hundred percent would not recommend this dentist. especially if you are a newcomer

She answered all my questions thoroughly and was sensitive to the challenges I am facing. I am happy that Circle City Dentists of Sebring accepts my insurance. I have found my new dental office!

The staff is very nice and took the initiative to help me getting my X-ray from a previous reluctant dentist office, showing they cared a lot about their patients. The hygenist took time to do a professional oral health screening, providing additional advice on how to maintain good dental health. Dr. Campbell introduced herself in a friendly manner and informed me about the result of the exam, showing consideration to my plan for future dental work. I highly recommend Dr. Campbells dental practice at Circle City Dentists of Sebring.
