He done emergency surgery on my 16 yr old son on April 13, 2024 he was the most caring and loving doctor , He also explained everything well enough a young child could understand i would send anyone to see him at any age My son really liked him we need more doctors like this Thanks again Dr Henderson Thanks from me an my son Tristen Pace
White-Wilson Medical Center Crestview - Crestview Paige Woody: I am in awe of the exceptional care provided by Dr. Mendez. His unwavering attention to detail and compassionate bedside manner have been a constant source of comfort during my medical journey. His nurse is a ray of sunshine, always going above and beyond to ensure my needs are met. Together, they have successfully addressed my health concerns and inspired me to prioritize my well-being. Dr. Mendez is a shining example of the kind of medical professional we should all strive to be. Thank you Doc and Please never retire
Main Street Medical Center & The Vue MediSpa - Crestview Christina Armstrong: I absolutely love it here!!! Their staff is wonderful and I have been so happy with my all results. I get really nervous about trying anything new and they all have taken the time to educate and make me feel comfortable. I trust Lindsay and Kristy with my life! They always know exactly what I am looking to achieve.
Khalid M Moussa, MD - Crestview Casey Hudson: Went in for my husband’s appointment at 9:00 AM today. Didn’t see the doctor about 10 o’clock because he was too busy doing other procedures pay $200 for the visit to basically tell us nothing. He was very rude and unprofessional. He was literally in the room, maybe two minutes before he got another call for his other procedure so he rushed of our room so he could go do it. Left my husband with no answer of what’s going on with his health. He got very loud with me and just blew us off and took our money. His office is extremely filthy as well. I wouldn’t suggest him to nobody. This is an update review if I could leave zero stars I would. Dr. Moussa is extremely unprofessional. I just would like to Say this Is the experience my husband and I have received. The day of the visit, Dr. Moussa said that my husband should’ve been hospitalized at the time of the ER visit. Then he contradict himself and told him he would be fine at this point, he has not had seen a medical professional since two weeks. So I get upset. I asked the doctor does he need to go to the ER? The doctor replied no. Next day at 6:30 in the morning Dr. Moussa called me and told me he’s gonna do a direct admission to my husband. Obviously you have to be admitted for a reason!!!!! The very same day they ran a scope on my husband and when we’re in the OR prep waiting room Dr. Moussa comes in with the most unprofessional attitude stating that he saw my Google review and I need to take it down. Then he began to demand it right before my husband was put on her anesthesia. He told him I will not talk to her at all, I have nothing to do with her. Then he put my husband down very upset. When he got back to the room several hours later, Dr. Moussa came in started Explaining the results to my husband. I try to smooth things over by telling Dr. Moussa. I believe we got off on the wrong foot. I just wanted the best health care for my husband. He has been extremely sick!!!!!!Dr. Moussa Got extremely defensive and started demanding and raising his voice that I take down my Google review, he started screaming at me walking towards me with his hands shaking in the air With a nurse present. His behavior has also been appalling to the nurses That they even called in to the hospital administrator. Let me just say this is my truth. This is my husbandā€˜s truth, as well as also our opinion when we say we wouldn’t recommend this doctor to nobody.
Dr. Tommy S. Noggle, MD - Crestview D W: My husband has been treated by Dr. Noggle in the ER several times. He has been outstanding every time. He sent us for follow ups to excellent local physicians, and they have finally gotten to the bottom of what is going with my husband. UAB was stumped, Pensacola, stumped, but Dr. Noggle directed us to two doctors who wouldnt and havent given up. He was spot on with his diagnosis, and I wanted to take the opportunity to share our experience. Adrian and Deborah Winstead Crestview, FL
Jennifer Whitfield - Crestview Barbara Hunter: Showed up 6 minutes before appointment time. Rude receptionist told me I was supposed to be there 30 minutes early to do any paperwork. This was not mentioned in the phone reminder or the e-mail message. I still had the proof on my phone. Regardless, she told me if I could not complete the paperwork by the time of my appointment, I would have to reschedule. In my 26 years of nursing, I have NEVER heard of such a thing. She insisted that I had to complete several pages of questions as if I were a new patient, simply because I hadnt been seen in the past year. I assured her there were no changes in my meds, diagnoses, address, allergies, etc. No matter. Of course, I was not able to finish the paperwork in 6 minutes, despite my best effort. She called me to the window and informed me that I had to reschedule. She never, not once, asked me why I was there in the first place. Fact was, I had a serious fall at home that resulted in an ER visit for an eye/facial injury and had torn my bicep tendon. All I needed that day was an Orthopedic referral. I had copies of the ER visit and the MRI. Didnt matter. Appointment didnt happen. No disrespect to Dr. Whitfield, she is great, however, her front office staff is anything but. I would not recommend this practice.
Dr. Indumathi Christopher, MD - Crestview Joan Rogers: The best. Has been my doctor for many years. Moved to Texas for 4 years. Came back to Dr. Christopher. She cares about her patients. She listens . And believe me thats a rare quality this day and time.
Joshua Kolmetz, M.D. - Crestview janet holley: Dr Kolmetz is great! Takes the time to listen to you and has the best bedside manner! I couldn’t ask for a better primary! I for one love a doctor who spends time with you and is truly concerned about your well being and like you matter and just not a number or a patient he sees. His office staff is wonderful and very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend him ! He is the best and so is his office staff !
Crestview Neurology; Dr. Shijun Pan, MD - Crestview Zach Manger: Waited 4 months for an appointment. When I called to set up the appointment I told them that ALL I needed was an Ocrevus infusion for my Multiple Sclerosis. I was worried about having a relapse because I just moved here and I was late for my infusion by a couple of months. This is a drug that only neurologists can prescribe and I’m fairly confident that everyone in the world EXCEPT for Dr. Shijun has seen a commercial for this treatment on TV. My hopes were cut down when Dr. Shijun Said he has never heard of this medication nor did he know where to begin to try and get it for me…… The only upside to my appointment was that he didn’t charge me for the huge amount of wasted time. So sad and frustrated how is this even possible???????
Emerald Coast Dermatology & Skin Surgery Center - Crestview Lala: Great establishment, must say. They were fast to get an appointment set up and I was in and out in half an hour for a biopsy. Amazing. Other places will do the, "must come in for initial exam then come back for a follow up for the procedure" nonsense. All that does is cost you more money in gas and co-pay and they get money for 2 service fees. Tricky tricky. But here they get the procedure done in the first visit. Cudos. The back patient room and the waiting room were all clean. I seen absolutely nothing that stuck out here which is good because Im very attentive to medical uncleanliness. For their phone number, it is to the actual office building and not to a call center. A lot of the time call centers cant answer certain medical questions like what can and cant be done there and if it can be done at the first visit. Its refreshing that the number is to the office and not a call center so if you have any questions you can ask them directly and not get a potentially wrong answer.
