1 /5 David Lambert: This scheduling for this medical center is a joke. I came here with my wife for her appointment a month ago, and was given the wrong time by the scheduler (a person, not a digitally scheduled appointment) then had to wait another month just to come back. On the second visit we waited 2 hours for a 15 minute appointment to approve a refill. Annoying, yes could refill approvals be handled differently to avoid this and save everybody time and money? Also yes. Dr. Urda was great, despite the scheduling nightmare.
Despite this I decided to try and become a patient here to schedule doctor appointments on the same day to make things easier in the future. There were no openings for 3 months. its a bit crazy, but its not their fault, I get that. I get there ON TIME, only to be told that I should have been 30 minutes early to fill out new patient paperwork and I missed my appointment. Firstly, nobody mentioned this over the phone when setting the appointment. Secondly, if we need to be there early. WHY NOT SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT FOR EARLIER?!
Earliest opening in another 2 months? No thanks. What good is a great doctor if you cant get in to see them?
